Awful customer support. They automate their ban/appeal process. You CANNOT talk to a human. If you're unlucky enough to get falsely banned, you just lost your account for good.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Disgusting company with 0 customer service and rotten behaviour. They’ll happily take your money but as soon as you have any form of issue there is literally NO way of speaking to anyone.
Also there are false claims on how this game is operated and run. I’ve done enough investigating to know and I will be reporting to the company for misconduct and false advertisement

Non-existent customer service
Great, my 10+ year old account was stolen and their customer service won't give it back to me. I have 2 email addresses that were associated with the account for a total of 9 years, at least one long-standing password, the date the account was created and all usernames from there on. I even gave them a transaction number I once used to purchase a membership via PayPal. Why the hell should all this not be enough to prove that I am the owner of the account? What more do I need to add for you to believe me? The employees act insanely ignorant and probably don't even look at the recovery request before hitting "decline". Either only bots work at Jagex or the employees just don't feel like helping. You can't even send an email to get a proper answer or explanation. Thank you for tolerating account theft, I'm out of here.
Banned for macroing after logging in after 4 years. I was not macroing
Just logged back into my account after a few years, played around for a couple minutes, then logged off. Tried to login a week later to actually spend sometime playing and I was banned for macroing? How the hell do they think I was macroing when I literally just played for 2 minutes. I don't even know how third party software works. Not sure how I can appeal this. Had a paid subscription on that old account and was planning on starting up again. Are they really just going to steal all the work I've done with no evidence?!

Worst Service ever met.. i only want my account back that i lost because alice moved to O2 but they want to prove it that i am the real owner an Email confirmation to my old email account and the exact creation day of my account.. and also my internet provider at account creation day and the exact day where i firstly moved away since account creation.. and nope its not enough that i remember my old old username or my password. And also not enough that the mail account holder Name is my Name and in the Mail address is also my Name.. who tf should steal my account of this crap game??? Nobody. Jagex Support sucks.. and they have no email adress or phone number provided to contact them. Only their s-hi-tt-y security bot that avoids all requests to get my account back..

If I could put 0 stars this would be a negative 20 star business. Do not spend money on them. They charged my PayPal after I had unauthorized another payment and refuse multiple times to give me my money back after they charged me and I have not used their product in MONTHS. Soon as they sold their company I stopped doing anything with it because of them siphoning my information. They need to be shut down and sued for how completely garbage they are.

Jagex is god awful at customer support seeing as how you can never even talk to an actual person. They hide behind automated responses for everything. "A team member of our player staff has carefully reviewed..." apparently means sending out the same automated email for everything, even requesting information that was already provided. The fact that Jagex has 0 human customer support shows you how much they value $$$ over the actual players

Filed for a refund, was supposed to receive a response in 2 days. Received a response 3-4 days in my email, then they locked my account because I filed a claim with my bank because they wouldn't respond. How much worse could your company be? 0 Stars
