Personally I thought it was a very good experience , the staff were very friendly & helpful, the only down side was the amount of time to answer the phone on the technical advice department.

Great value and service

Great value and service. I ordered a Fiamma water carrier at the best price I could find including delivery. It was delivered in a couple of days. I will continue to buy from Jacksons.

Perfect customer service

It was very easy to order my Fiamma awning after helpful advice from the help line staff. There was also perfect service when a colour choice was unavailable, and the new colour was shipped and received within 24hrs.
