The staff at Jackson Leisure are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Their knowledge is astounding. They guided me fantastically on what I needed even saving me money.
I would have given them the full five stars if it were not for their delivery company. My fridge turned up a day later than promised. Unfortunately I had an engineer booked to fit my fridge the day after my arranged delivery date. Meaning I had to cancel the engineer at short notice which cost me a fair amount.
So. Jackson’s absolutely brilliant. Their delivery company not so good.
Yes I would not hesitate to use them again but I’ll have to hold off on booking an engineer until my purchase arrived.

Great service and plenty of stock
It was a very seamless purchase. Items online are listed with good pictures and availability.
Adding to the basket and reviewing items is easy. There are plenty of ways to pay.
Postage doesnt cost an arm and a leg and there prices are very competitive. Im in the trade and it makes me wonder how they sell so cheap.
I will keep using Jackson leisure as they are very good at what they are doing .

I can't recommend Jacksons highly…
I can't recommend Jacksons highly enough. We were in a bit of a bind with our Eriba Troll caravan shower tap. It has got some slight frost (despite our precautions) but appeared to be ok. However on getting ready for a trip in a few weeks we noticed a slight leak.When we saw our engineer late on Tuesday he informed us that the only time he could fit us in would be Saturday. Panic on to identify replacement tap and then order. We identified a suitable one & ordered it that night.
I phoned Jackson's next day and stressed the urgency of the order. They got it to us Thursday teatime lifesavers.

Very poor experience as I was given a…
Very poor experience as I was given a delivery date, then contacted Jackson’s confirmed Friday 25/4/26 waited in all day checked the couriers DX tracking stated loaded on the van 7.54am.
20.00hrs checked DX tracking still at the depot not on the van, a shit experience both parties to blame and certainly won’t be purchasing anything else from Jackson’s Leisure !
