The order process took to long. My order was placed Oct. 27 and I cancelled my order on Dec. 9 since it was still in processing stage.

Now about the jacket. The jacket looks amazing but the material is lacking and their should’ve been pockets at both outsides of the jacket and hoodie. I think this site should give details on the delivery companies around the world in countries they serve and
put a warning that customs will be included upon delivery to think twice before purchasing. Even when I had prove they forced me to pay for the customs again after paying. I had to burn fuel head down to the factory which was inconvenient by the way and they never explained to me exactly why this happened. Overall wouldn’t recommend people to use this scam website. Turn around while you still can. Save your money for something better than this crap.

The jacket I ordered was fantastic. To be honest, the satin used for the bomber jacket gave it more of a vintage feel than a similar jacket did at a local store.

We have over 20,000+ products, so it’s not possible to keep all of them pre-made in stock. Instead, we keep the materials in stock and start making the item after receiving an order. The delay occurred because Halloween orders, which had to be shipped urgently, were prioritized.
Our cancellation policy states that once an item is prepared, it cannot be canceled because it is specially made for you.

My husband loves the jacket. It is one of a kind and very well made.
One thing- do not expect this shipped immediately. It is all hand made to your order and is not just another jacket in stock or off the rack. It took just over a month to receive the jacket.

Way too slow with orders
It took over 2 weeks for my order to begin shipping. The only update FedEx has now shows that my jacket is still in another country. I placed the order on October 15th. As I compose this, I've yet to receive my jacket. Update- I received the jacket November 12 but it feels a little bit on the tight side for a two XL Their claim of wanting to fix the issue is a joke, a $60 restocking fee? I have a collection of jackets and this is the smallest 2XL I've ever had. The claim that I made a mistake when I have never ordered a 2XL jacket that didn't fit properly is laughable. I used them because I thought Affirm meant they could be trusted. I was wrong.

The QC images sent to you are of your jacket. You can measure it yourself to verify that we made the correct size. If we had made an error, we would have provided an exchange at no cost. The $60 restocking fee covers shipping and handling expenses, allowing us to ship your jacket again.
Terrible company - stay away!
Can’t give less than 1 star, or they would get none! Ordered a coat in September (over 1,000 in stock). Chased in October and told it was at QC stage. Chased again and now told they couldn’t match the exact colour and refunded. Haven’t received the money yet, but appalled at the poor service and deceit. They had my money for over 6 weeks!

Sorry for the Inconvenience, The item you purchased was a pre-order item, which we start making only after an order is received. The wool supplier we work with caused a delay, and they eventually ran out of the same color wool despite their best efforts to restock it. As a result, we have issued you a full refund.

When it did arrive it was far too small.. so if you buy from them expect a wait. Despite a Chicago address.. they are made in Pakistan..
The customer service was rude & I would never consider buying from them again.
