We strongly disagree with the way you have described this situation.

You placed your order on August 22, and throughout the process we communicated with you regarding your order. We also confirmed your measurements with you before proceeding, as your garment was made according to the measurements provided.

Your order was processed and shipped, and tracking information was provided to you. The tracking number being inactive or taking time to update does not mean that the order was not shipped. Carrier tracking systems can sometimes take time to register or update a shipment.

Despite the order being processed, shipped, and communicated about, you then opened a payment dispute with your bank and publicly accused our business of being a “scam.”

We understand that you were frustrated by the delay and tracking updates, but calling a legitimate order that was actually processed and shipped a scam is simply not fair or accurate.

We have nothing to hide and are happy to stand behind the order, the communication, the measurements confirmed with you, and the shipping records.

We'd like to clarify that, as stated in the product description, this is a cotton jacket with a waxed finish. It is not advertised as a distressed jacket, nor is it intended to have a distressed appearance. The waxed finish gives the fabric its own unique look and is different from a distressed finish.

Our jacket is inspired by the style seen in the show, but differences in color and appearance can occur due to lighting, editing, and screen color grading. The quilted lining is intentionally included to provide added comfort and practicality.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but as far as we can see from the details, you acted like a scammer.

You opened a bank dispute immediately after we shipped your jacket and already received a full refund from your bank before deliver. That means the jacket cost you $0. After getting your money back, you are now leaving a negative review about the product that you effectively got for free.
