IWC Probate and Will Services Omdömen

Very fast assistance and gave me the reassurance and information I needed to move forward. Really helpful.

Debbie Wisemen was excellent. She responded quickly to any enquiries we had and was very helpful.

I needed a Medallion Signature Guarantee for some US shares I wanted to sell, which were in my maiden name. I spent a considerable time Googling and researching how to do this, getting more bamboozled and confused in the process. When I found IWC Probate Services online, they were miles from where I lived and I had never heard of them. I was very nervous, but I needn't have been. I read all their amazing reviews and decided to make an initial enquiry. I received a same-day response from Loren Jarvis, who has been nothing short of phenomenal. I chose to go with IWC's Medallion Signature Guarantee full service, not just a request for them to provide a stamp. One of my ID documents needed certifying by a solicitor and IWC even contacted them, to double-check the legitimacy of the certified documents. As soon as I made the online payment to IWC, ahead of submitting all my paperwork, Loren immediately confirmed receipt of the funds. Loren's efficiency, customer service, professionalism and industry knowledge has been invaluable. If you are reading this, unsure as to whether or not to use IWC Probate Services, then believe all their 5* reviews and believe me when I say I cannot rate them highly enough. I could not have done this without Loren/IWC and I am so, so pleased I chose to go with their full service. It has been worth every penny.

Excellent service very straightforward and easy to use. Great communication.

Amazing service, extremely quick in receiving our Spanish medical certificate. Megan was fantastic, very efficient and quick to respond to emails.

Hannah was extremely helpful throughout the process.

Very pleased with the fast efficient service and great communication provided by Megan.
Highly recommend.

I had a quick response understanding to my questions.
Gave me great advice When not knowing where to ask.

The support offered by Debbie of IWC probate services has been fantastic. Detailed and prompt replies have made the experience really quite easy. Initially I'd been trying to handle shares from my father's estate myself to save money but, amidst everything that was going on, and due to the complicated nature and multiple unknowns of dealing with US shares, I'd tried to make progress for a number of months with limited success. It had been stressful and constantly weighing on my mind. The cost is not insignificant.. but looking back now I am more glad than ever that I did pay for assistance as I'd still be struggling and stressing about the whole thing now without the help. As it is.. things are mainly cleared up, and I know that Debbie will be on hand to help with the final stages. Would strongly recommend them if you are bamboozled by the paperwork and complications of transferring US shares.

My NLV application started in October and was eventually approved in December. Throughout this time there have been ups and downs. However Juan Oliva at IWC has been very helpful. I'm very pleased with Juan and IWC's backup all the time I've been working with them.

The expertise of the agent and her support through all the process of transferring the shares inherited from in 2001 passed away uncle, is very good.
Since 2001 this transfer was not possible by Computershare in the US.
In the end after I have contacted IWC in the end of 2021, and after a very good Agent from IWC handled this issue, it was possible to realise this transfer in September 2022. in Dec 2022 it was possbie to sell these shares by Computershare.

I particularly recommend IWC to anyone who has little or no idea of the complexity of realising Canadian shares, escheatment, and forfeited dividends.

Loren at IWC has been excellent, nothing was too much trouble especially with the help she gave in regards to completing extremely complicated forms, so much appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to use loren and IWC again.

Efficient service, friendly staff.

Loren assisted me in the transfer of overseas shares with great detail and attention. Nothing was too much trouble and can’t recommend highly enough.

I would highly recommend IWC, their service was second to none, everybody I spoke to was so helpful guiding me through the completion of all the very complicated forms.

IWC kept me informed at every stage of the process and dealt with all my enquiries promptly.

Many thanks!

Very pleased with the whole process. It involved an updated Will for my house-bound father who has early signs of dementia. Unlike local companies I approached, IWC were very happy to do a home visit and approached the whole process with care, understanding, efficiency and professionalism. I would certainly recommend to others, indeed I already have.

This company we’re so patient with me setting up my will. I have terminal cancer and wanted to get things in place early on and the team helped me every step of the way. I made a few mistakes but they helped me rectify them. Highly recommend.

Excellent communications, problems always answered swiftly, 5 star really, but there was a minor omission from a will, but it was rapidly resolved.

Very affordable service. My query was answered straight away by lovely staff
