What a terrible company to deal with .my daughter was charged extra nearly 700 euro same price car as previous car cheaper tax and wont explain how.They said it was A .I G made the prices when contacted them and said we can only deal with you.Very strange that you cant talk to a person.left a message for a call back still waiting.I.T.W. 5087933.I got in touch with the ombudsman and if you dont explain where the nearly 700 euro comes from they will take on the case. Easy renewal on car insurance
Renewal due for car insurance, was contacted by my insurer its4women. Lovely staff to deal with who explained everything and did not pressure me but instead left it with me to shop around. I got a quote cheaper online and through its4women online chat was able to get a reduction in my premium. So happy customer renewed with its4women again.

Customer service from this company is terrible
Customer service from this company is horrific. No customer phone line and when requested a phone call through the chat I was asked who did I want a phone from I asked from a manager I was told managers don’t take calls which is absolutely ridiculous. I had difficultly with the the online portal trying to download a direct debit mandate form but the documents were locked I tried to explain this via the online chat but was told I could still upload documents but I was trying to download? I eventually got it via email but it was password protected when I emailed about this I was told it was because I was opening the email on my phone with is absolutely ridiculous. They have now cancelled my policy because of a document they told me they would amend but they didn’t absolutely disgraceful and I would never recommend anyone using this company

Its 4 women are absolutely impossible to deal with. I only wanted to change my policy to a new car and they made this far too difficult. I cannot drive uninsured so I have had to cancel my policy and go to another insurance company. I would never recommend it’s 4 women to anybody

Got cheaper qoutes from other insurance by over two hundred pounds less
But went ahead with your quote because change is never easy especially when you’re insurance company only contact late
Tried googling for your phone number but to no avail
Broken hearted to have to pay so much more this year than last year

While we do not accept incoming calls, we do currently have a call back request system in place for our Call Centre team to contact you, these call back requests are returned within 24-48 hours and can be requested through our online chat facility. All call backs are processed in date and time order to be fair to all customers, at busy periods the call wait time may vary.
