I have been teepeed over as well they're not a very good company they can't even get my ID badge properly and staff haven't been paid properly and the building I work in has gone downhill very badly

I have been with iss for a whole year and I've seen no improvement with them

Tupeed over to ISS in April absolute joke of an employer. I hardly ever get paid correctly once so far since April its now almost November and still owed wages.
They expect me to cover other people who don't turn up with no extra pay or overtime yet I have to be and do 2 or 3 people's work. No benefits for employee's. World's worst cleaning routine just doesn't make sense how they clean.
Want you to give 100% yet they don't want to give you anything in way of benefits or support worst company I've ever worked for steer cleat if you can.

Min søn kom hjem med voldsom madforgiftning efter at have spist i deres kantine, som ISS driver. Mindst 21 kolleger var blevet syge 6-8 timer efter at have spist der. ISS’ respons var en mail om, at der var omgangssyge i omløb, og at medarbejderne er for dårlige til at spritte af.
Alle blev syge på samme tid, og ingen andre blev smittede, så det var ikke omgangssyge. Det er helt grotesk at man ikke tager ansvar og i det mindste undersøger egne procedurer. I stedet risikerer man nu at servere noget som endnu flere bliver syge af.

Terrible company my wages haven’t been right since I started with them and when you tell them they ignore you or tell you they will be added on then the same happens next pay, no communication we still haven’t met the team and have worked for them since February worst company I have ever worked for

Tuped over to I.S.S and it all went downhill.
Complete and utter incompetence from the higher ups. Ignored regularly, wages wrong more times than not and then lied to when told they were going to add it onto the next wage.
They want maximum out of their employee but don’t want to put any effort in themselves.
Avoid this ‘company’ at all cost unless you want to be unvalued.

I was TUPED to this company from the NHS stayed on my old contract, but they tried to get rid of us & change our contract dispite TUPE regulations several times, unfortunately ISS are a terrible company to work for they treat you like a slave.

Tried several times to breach TUPE rules very difficult to book your earned holiday time, wages always short from time worked.

After 40yrs of working this is the worst company I have ever been employed by, they take advantage of their staff, break time at work is monitored if your 30 seconds late getting back to you post after break they will add it all up & take money off you at the end of the week, so are toilet breaks only three per day & if your longer than a few minutes a supervisor will be looking for you!!!

Clock in system at my workplace is God again if you a minute late clocking in you get it taken from your wages, work for this company if you don't have a job but my advice find another job asap.

Absolutely horrendous to work for never any management about line manager blanks you no stock hardly ordered also line manager shows client and Co worker text messages which should not have been discussed with them I did not choose to work for this company as I worked in this building for 5 years before I was tupe over to these don't care about employees or what work load is on never sent any cover expect same work to be done wages always short never work for these again

De udnytter syge på Flex og lover dem ansættelse. Men NEJ, de forlænger praktikken uden grund bare for at få gratis arbejdskraft.

Jeg kan sagtens forstå alle de dårlige anmeldelser. Jeg har selv været ansat hos ISS som rengøringsassistent i Bilka. Og det er et firma man virkelig skal holde sig fra! Min tidligere chef udnyttede mig på det groveste og gav mig overarbejde i sidste sekund UDEN overhovedet at spørge mig om jeg KAN. Vi havde aftalt at jeg skulle arbejde mellem 30-35 timer i ugen, men de sidste 3-4 uger, inden jeg sagde op, fik han mig til at arbejde 41 timer i ugen. Jeg oplevede også flere gange at han skrev til mig om natten for at klage over de mindste ting jeg havde gjort forkert på arbejdet, hvilket er meget grænseoverskridende og ubehøvlet. Min kollega, som gav mig oplæring i halvanden uge, snakkede meget gebrokkent dansk (på trods af at han har boet i Danmark i 14 år) og gjorde mig meget flov på arbejdet. Han er nok det mest uintelligente menneske jeg nogensinde har mødt i mit liv. Han snakkede også alt for meget om absolut ingenting og fortalte mig alle mulige løgnehistorier om sit hjemland. (Jeg spurgte slet ikke ind til alt dette. Han snakkede bare løs). Han begyndte også at blande sig meget når jeg havde en dialog med min chef, hvilket min chef ikke sagde noget til. Tilbage til min chef: en dag under oplæringen var min kollega og jeg i gang med at rengøre kantinen. Så kom min chef ind og ville have mig til at skrive under på kontrakten uden jeg overhovedet fik chancen for at læse den igennem først. Jeg følte mig meget presset og spurgte ham først: “Jamen står der noget i kontrakten om hvor meget jeg kommer til at få i timen?”. Så blev min chef småfornærmet og sagde: “Næste gang du søger arbejde, så behøver du altså ikke at spørge ind til timelønnen. Du skal nok få en god løn.” Jeg blev SÅ irriteret og tænkte at han kunne ikke være det bekendt at svare sådan. 5 sekunder valgte han alligevel at svare at jeg kommer til at få 160 kr. i timen. Da jeg tjekkede min lønseddel på et tidspunkt, så stod der at jeg tjente 152 kr. i timen, hvilket betød at min chef løj om min timeløn. Jeg valgte at sige op efter 3 måneder, da jeg ikke længere ville finde mig i at blive udnyttet på den måde. Der skete mange flere ting på arbejdet, som ville tage alt for lang tid at skrive ned her. HOLD JER LANGT VÆK FRA DETTE FIRMA!! De udviser ingen respekt for deres ansatte 😡

Bei EMail geht erstmal n Update für Outlook los, Leute ich bin Hauswart und kein Büroler der ohne Outlook nicht leben kann. Absolut Benutzerunfreundlich, die können sicher auch nicht mit ihren Angestellten umgehn.

Bullies in the work place. Take over jobs beacause they are vicious bullies. They were contacted to a work place were the management was bad and they took over the job like you need to be scared of them terrible.

This company is big but disgusting to apply for work directly cause there doesn't know what to ask people's to employer them as recently I been invited to get in London for a interview. Every thing was successful Screening time come 1 guy called Ian call me to provide 10 years ago payslip to provide if I want this job .as security officer in bristol office I told him I have all my previous employment history bad not 10 year's ago payslip. Reality this guy was not professional to do the Screening process to reject some 1 not provide 10 year's ago payslip very disgusting company to apply for a job.

Iss are disgacful and disrespectful to employees I was laid off for being with my son who had a car accident!!!! OMG!!!!!! ABSOLUTE COMPANY TO WORK FOR. SO I DUGGEST BOYCOTT THIS CRAP COMPANY!!!!!

Full of corporate b.s. and they deliver nothing. A lesson in box ticking. How they win contracts is beyond me. There must be so much backhanders going on.

Visited Kingston Upon Thames NHS Hospital i UK for an appointment. Had a coffee and went to pay for it at the till, operator asked whether I want a Mars bar , I said no, he kept the Mars bar away.. then he handed out a receipt (I was on a call and did not check the receipt then and there) . Later when I checked the Receipt i found the cheeky operator put Mars bar into my bill £1.05 (Till receipt no17527510 dt 12/02/2024 08:04) and gave a staff discount (£-0.45) I lose only £0.60. The amount difference is immaterial but how can I believe these people and the companyemploying them.
It need not reflect the behavior of all the employees/contractors of the firm but tells the brazen bad behaviour atleast by some in the organisation.

Absolutely the worst global company to work for, where the staff are undervalued and not appreciated at all... As a Facilities Operations Manager on a Major hospital contract for them, I would regularly have to put people off from applying for jobs within ISS knowing how they would be treated, and would instead direct them to the NHS directly who treated their staff much better. After leaving ISIS (as everyone called them), they filled my position with a man that was not appropriate for a position of responsibility, and he would go on to be imprisoned for 23 years for historical sexual abuse and rape.
Good hardworking staff are put upon whilst, faces that "fit" were never pushed to perform, a case of who you know not what you know culture.

I’ve been with these 14 months, the company isn’t as bad as what people make it out to be working for them. Regular shifts, pay always on time and a decent boss. If you do the work to a good standard they leave you alone and don’t get criticised. Good relationship with my boss. I cover another 2 sites on top of the main one I do each night.
