Iron Edge Omdömen

Excellent products and service. Have been using their gear for many years now.

Iron Edge sent me a reminder to review a product I purchased on pre order in August with an expected in stock date of October - November. It was very easy to pay them a few hundred dollars. Since receiving an email confirmation of purchase, I have not heard anything further until this email asking to review a product I do not have

Fantastic service, my weight vest arrived with damage to it and they organised a replacement straight away! Even paid for the return shipping cost. The weight vest is fantastic quality. Will definitely come back:)

Great customer service and products are so robust and professional

Have bought many things here. One of the best quality gym equipment you can get in Australia at reasonable prices.

Customer service is also excellent with prompt replies.

I had an issue with a piece of equipment (understandable given frequency of use). The team were very attentive to my concerns and went out of their way to provide an appropriate solution. I cannot recommend this company more.

Team went above and beyond to get my full delivery in one go (and quickly). They also called to make sure I had been contacted by the delivery company, and chased them up when there was a delay. Then called again to make sure everything went smoothly.

The guys at Iron Edge communicated well, gave me precise Info on delivery times.
The courier was friendly and quick.

Products have always been delivered on time and are of the highest quality.

Having travelled back to Australia I was introduced to Iron Edge by my training buddy (and long term PT) while running through some workouts.
Pressured by time before returning OS, it was easy to get online, order and confirm delivery times to take them with me.
I will certainly look to purchase more items on our next trip to Australia.

Always great equipment - and this rig doesn't disappoint! Versatile for commercial or home gyms. Recommended.

Thanks guys, good products, great service and very helpful.

Easy ordering, quick delivery, product was easy to setup, support amazing, couldn’t of been a better experience!

The quality is great compared to regular bands and no risk of sudden failure plus washable

Good customer service
able to get through on the phone
any issues rapidly resolved
good products at fair prices

Efficient and great quality service and equipment

Very quick and responsive service. Organised, efficient. Immediate acknowledgement and action, products arrived in a couple of days. Excellent. Great. Thank you.

Ordered a full set of Iron Edge fabric resistance bands for rehab and warm-up work. Fantastic service with goods arriving next day. The fabric bands are excellent to use and always in the gym kit to use when needed.

Honest & speedy postage. Excellent massage gun.
