Gym and Fitness Omdömen

I bought my flooring, adjustable bench and later on some jammer arms from gym and fitness.

During EOFY you can usually find some deals. One downside was the fact my flooring was delivered 1 month late and the colour I ordered was sold out. However, for the inconvenience, I was given a coupon equal to the value of the flooring, which I felt was a fair and professional way to handle the situation.

Unbelievably fast delivery! The platform is user friendly, easy transaction. The revolving bar attachment we ordered for our cable machine is of high quality steel. Very happy with the quality of product. We have a communal gym that is used by many people and needed something that was of commercial quality. This definitely ticked all the boxes and we will definitely be purchasing again.

Exactly what I was hoping for, delivered in a timely manner. Very heavy 50mm rubber mats on pallet for easy handling.

Easy and great gear and service nice and quick

My third purchase arrived as promised; on time and well packed.
I'm very happy with the quality of the items and will be after a bit more gear shortly.
Happy boy!

Since posting my original review below, the company has since reached out directly and offered to replace the wall ball at no cost, and I have been told I do not need to return the faulty product. I appreciate them taking ownership of the issue and working to resolve it.

I'll update this review again once the replacement arrives and I have had a chance to inspect it.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been really disappointing.

I initially purchased a wall ball which arrived out of shape, so I had to return it. I then decided to spend more money on a different, more expensive top-of-the-range brand, only for that wall ball to also arrive out of shape.

Having two wall balls from different brands arrive in this condition makes me question how the equipment is being stored before dispatch and whether products are actually being checked to ensure they are fit for use before being sent to customers.

The other frustrating part of the experience was the refund process for my original purchase. I had to follow up twice to get an update on my refund, and being told that it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear seems excessive in 2026, particularly when so many payment and refund processes are automated.

What makes this more disappointing is that my initial experience was actually very positive. The order was dispatched quickly and the team was responsive to my emails. Unfortunately, the repeated issue with products arriving in unacceptable condition has completely outweighed those positives.

I won’t be purchasing online from here again. For the amount of money being spent on this equipment, I expect products to arrive in proper, usable condition the first time.

Very happy with my Tandem Tower from Gym and Fitness. Shipping was quick, the delivery driver was helpful, and the crate was easy to unpack.

Everything was clearly labelled. The nuts and bolts came in two small toolboxes, with separate bags containing only the hardware needed for each step. This took a lot of the guesswork out of assembly.

A couple of things could be improved. I could use an impact wrench for around 60% of the build, but tight spaces and awkward angles meant the rest had to be tightened by hand. The cable-routing diagrams weren’t particularly clear either, although I got there in the end.

One helpful tip: the weight-stack rubber bumpers for Step 4, Item 23 are in the bag with the extension chains and carabiners. These took me quite a while to find, and I initially thought they were missing.

Overall, assembly was fairly straightforward, and the finished unit feels very solid. If you’re installing it on rubber flooring, build it in its final position—it’s very difficult to move afterwards!

The cable action is very smooth, and I’d highly recommend it.

Fast delivery, great quality

I’ve purchased through G&F for years and have never been disappointed; reliable quality products, competitive prices, quick delivery, professional and personable service every time.

I highly recommend to everyone, beginner or advanced, young or old.

A big thanks to the whole team for the amazing customer service and support with even the smallest orders.

Keep up the great work team!

Great service and delivery, Machine is excellent, easy to get it up and running (pun intended)

The Powerblock "Pro" 50 dumbbells are excellent. I have larger hands being tall so the Pro series which offers much more handle space than the "Sports" series are perfect for me. Also a big thanks to Raine for his excellent customer service. I've purchased other items from these guys in the past and always found them great to deal with.

Mark was great to deal with initial purchase so I came back a second time. Website works well and is clear. Communication and tracking was very good and delivery driver helped to load into my garage - they were great also.

Ordered over the phone for an out of stock Force G1 and got delivered on time as expected. Great customer service and quality product. Happy to purchase agin in the future. Cheers!

These guys set the standard when it comes to customer service! My messages were replied to in a timely manner and nothing was an issue. Highly recommend them for any fitness products

I had a few things in my cart for a few days for my husbands birthday. I was contacted to see if I needed any help or had any questions. He then helped me pick what I needed (weights and some more mats) .. and it was delivered super quick! I will definitely be back to expand our collection of gear in the future :)

I have previously purchased this specific storage rack before. And so needing additional storage but with a compact footprint, this made more sense than another ForceUSA storage rack. The differences between this and the other is that the other has wheels, so mobility is significantly easier.

However storage is limited and uses pegs to create a space to either hang or mount attachments. Whereas this specific storage rack with shelving and a basket plus several bars to cater to your heart's content.

Assembly ideally needs two people but if you have the patience, you can potentially do it yourself.

Fast, professional and easy
