Hi Nikolaos,
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn’t feel as smooth or friendly as it should have. This isn’t the standard we aim for. We’d appreciate the chance to understand what went wrong and put it right. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can look into this for you. The Managing Director would like to discuss this if you offer us the opportunity.
The go to agency for company formation in Ireland.
I am writing to say that the team at Irish Formations provided first class support in our setting up two separate companies in Ireland. They are open to provide all initial advice required to seamlessly guide you through the various incorporation options and to answer any sort of questions you may have throughout the process.
At times setting up a new company may seem like a daunting task but to be frank my experience at Irish Formations was that they go out of their way to help you and for that I am very grateful. A big shout out to Mark and Mags who provided outstanding service to us from Day 1, but to be frank whoever you deal with at Irish Formations, you are in safe and reliable hands. Their prices are very competitive. In closing, i recommend strongly this company for your company formation needs.
Regards,
Mark Mullan

Hi Mark, Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We’re delighted to hear that your experience setting up two companies with us was smooth and well-supported. Our team works hard to make the incorporation process clear and stress-free, so it’s great to know that the guidance and communication were helpful throughout.
Mark and Mags will be especially pleased to hear your kind words—they, along with the rest of our team, are committed to making sure clients feel informed and looked after from the very start.
We truly appreciate your recommendation and your trust in Irish Formations. If you ever need further assistance, we’re always here to help.
TOTAL SCAM – RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I purchased a company formation service, but just a few days after payment I decided to exercise my right of withdrawal. I had not started any procedure, I did not send a single document, nothing had even begun.
Since my cancellation request, it has been complete silence: no refund, no replies to my emails, and absolutely no respect for the legal right of withdrawal. Their customer service is nonexistent, and their behavior feels like a scam.
In my opinion, they are simply scammers: they take your money as long as it suits them, but if you ask for it back, forget it.
⚠️ I strongly recommend avoiding this company. There are reliable providers out there, but Irish Formations is certainly not one of them.

We’re sorry to read about your experience and we take feedback like this very seriously.
We would like to clarify that we fully respect our customers’ statutory right of withdrawal and do issue refunds in accordance with our terms and conditions. We have no intention of withholding funds where a valid cancellation request has been received and processed.
That said, we cannot identify your case based on this review alone. It’s possible there has been a misunderstanding, a delay caused by incomplete information, or correspondence that did not reach our support team.
We would very much like the opportunity to resolve this matter promptly. Please contact us directly at support@irishformations.ie, quoting your order number and the email address used at checkout, and a senior member of our team will review your request as a priority.
We strongly refute the suggestion that our business is a scam. We have assisted thousands of clients with company formations and related services, and we remain committed to transparent, lawful, and professional conduct.
We hope you will allow us the opportunity to investigate and resolve this for you.

You gave me wrong information TWICE
You gave me wrong information TWICE, I had to do the work myself (getting my company name as well as my ROI document), and finally, I only purchased this service for expediency and it took well over 1 month. Terrible overall I'd never recommend. Get an accountant, they actually do it right for much less.

We’re sorry to read that you were unhappy with your experience and we appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback.
Accuracy is very important to us. As part of our process, we send signature pages and final documents to every client specifically so they can review and confirm that all details — including company name and other key information — are correct before submission. This step is designed to prevent exactly the type of issue you’ve described. If something was missed, we would have been happy to correct it promptly had we been notified at that stage.
Regarding timelines, while many applications are completed more quickly, some elements depend on third-party processing times and official turnaround times that are outside our direct control. That said, we always aim to keep clients informed throughout.
On cost, our service is priced to be competitive and transparent for the specific work involved. In many cases, using an accountant for the same scope of incorporation and filings is not less expensive, particularly when professional time and additional advisory fees are included.
We would welcome the opportunity to review your case directly and address any outstanding concerns — please feel free to contact us so we can look into this further.
Attention arnaque

I asked Irish Formations to set up a company in Ireland. I asked for a few quotes beforehand and they seemed to be the best based on the price and value. I'm really happy with their service, they answer quickly. I also like asking many questions, because I'm not from Ireland and the Irish system is very different, and the support team is very patient with me and they answer all my questions. We are close to the end of this process and I can highly recommend them. If we open a new company in Ireland, we will be using them again.
