Well organised and highly efficient organisation. Very helpful, not just in setting up but for all services after as well. In our 6th year of working together and would highly recommend Mark and the team.

Overall, the experience was positive. However, some of the communications were convoluted, and when I replied with specific questions, those were sometimes missed. This delayed the process slightly, and impacted my peace of mind. But overall, the response time was efficient and the service was good.

Great help and interested in doing good papers , it took a while but when you want to do the papers good waiting a bit is not a problem !

Very bad. First, the procedure is not commented at all and they ask you to pay for a formation not telling you that you need expensive document notarized. I spent more than 600 euros in notarization and one month after they pretend that they were rejected because the signature of the notary is not readable! The contact of the notary is below the signature and it is easy to contact him to get another signature or just a confirmation of what they need. No update of the procedure of incorporation unless I email them. I have incorporated lot of entities in many countries but this is the very first time I have to go thru such deception and administatrive chaos.

I am writing to say that the team at Irish Formations provided first class support in our setting up two separate companies in Ireland. They are open to provide all initial advice required to seamlessly guide you through the various incorporation options and to answer any sort of questions you may have throughout the process.

At times setting up a new company may seem like a daunting task but to be frank my experience at Irish Formations was that they go out of their way to help you and for that I am very grateful. A big shout out to Mark and Mags who provided outstanding service to us from Day 1, but to be frank whoever you deal with at Irish Formations, you are in safe and reliable hands. Their prices are very competitive. In closing, i recommend strongly this company for your company formation needs.

10/10 service. Smooth communication with the staff

I purchased a company formation service, but just a few days after payment I decided to exercise my right of withdrawal. I had not started any procedure, I did not send a single document, nothing had even begun.

Since my cancellation request, it has been complete silence: no refund, no replies to my emails, and absolutely no respect for the legal right of withdrawal. Their customer service is nonexistent, and their behavior feels like a scam.

In my opinion, they are simply scammers: they take your money as long as it suits them, but if you ask for it back, forget it.

⚠️ I strongly recommend avoiding this company. There are reliable providers out there, but Irish Formations is certainly not one of them.
