Billy was so fantastic to deal with. He worked so hard to find all the flights I needed, and provided several options. The booking process was so easy and I didn’t have to do anything! Billy checked in a few times before my flight, on the day to wish me safe travels, and gave great instructions on how to get to the lounges. I will definitely book with Billy again. Was exceptionally impressed.

We were referred to I only fly first class by a friend. We cannot fault anything during our flight to Bangkok return. Our contact was with a lovely lady by the name of Lucy Le. She had to work around my rosters during this process. I’m sure it was quite time consuming however she did a 10/10 job and we were very happy with everything. The flights with Singapore, Bamboo and other airlines we could not fault. The service was more than amazing from start to finish. She turned a really negative experience with another agent (Steve ‪+66 98 992 9527‬) into an incredibly positive one.
After waiting on flights and feedback and countless follow ups for several months with Steve, I contacted IOFFC & requested to work with a new agent.
Within a day or so, Miley had reached out and after a week or 2 I had flights I was happy with at a fantastic price!

Miley was communicative, fast responding and unbelievably helpful throughout the entire process - which was the experience the last time I used IOFFC.

I seldom write reviews unless the experience was very good, or very bad. And my experience with IOFFC this time has been a great one. Shawn, the travel agent who helped me in locating the round trip tickets, is very professional and helpful. We finished looking for the flights and having the e-tickets issued within 2 days, it's a really fast and smooth booking experience to me regarding the price and services. I am an experienced business class/first class traveler for years, since prices of first and business class tickets have been increased tremendously, I looked for alternatives in getting my air-tickets done at a reasonable price, and IOFFC is my choice now and will be the one in future.
