I recently booked a flight with IOFFC. Shawn Mathavorn was really helpful in finding me a flight at a way better price than I would have gotten on my own. The process was super easy (much easier then doing it on my own) and I had my flights booked and confirmed in no time. Really as easy as it sounds. I’ll be booking with IOFFC again for future flights!

I worked with Shawn from IOFFC and had a really good experience. I had some personal issues and needed dates changed for my flight and they were accommodating, easy to work with. It's also much cheaper this way than booking straight business class. I would just say to pay attention to the luggage allowance in these flights. :)

Shawn was a pleasure to deal with, understanding and very helpful with my needs. Experience was 10/10 and highly recommend, if you have an option to chose assistant I’d definitely recommend going with Shawn as he was always there to answer any questions and alterations I had with my trip!

Connection through Tunisia on the return leg was not nice. My seat in 1st got cancelled, but was replaced by IOFFC with a seat in business. However, on the flight there were only three passengers in 1st, so it is disappointing that I got downgraded. I would never fly through Tunisia again. Chaotic, dirty, and very little to recommend by way of airport facilities.

Myless was amazing got me a return first class ticket for 3500 usd very helpful prompt service ..keep it up guys

Great communication and organisational skills from our travel concierge Emy. She was very professional and made things happen quickly. Organised great flights and connections with exceptional carriers: Etihad (Sydney to Paris) and Qatar (Rome to Sydney). Flawless service at a great prices. Will be using IOFFC long into the future, that’s for certain!

Excellent service. Courteous agents but one needs to be patient to receive the best deal, sometimes only days before the flight.

Shawn was fantastic. Cant recommend enough, and I am a pain in the ass to work with. He helped with my Diva-ish wifes requests (makes Maria Carey look sane) at all hours of the day. Our first time to use IOFFC for a wedding in Naples flying from Singapore, we took Lufthansa out and SQ back. Was a painfree experience and we saved at least 40% on rack-rate. We booked using AMEX via a securelink so always felt it was completley safe. This was a genuine great find for our family and we wont hesitate to work with Shawn again.
