We are an installer of Intratone and they are absolutely fantastic, very robust, heavy, well made outdoor units but easy to install and can come preprogrammed if needed.

The portal is very easy and user friendly, tech support team are very helpful when we were getting to learn the system and most of all Steven Neil helped us start to finish with our project of 50 sites who wanted to upgrade audio intercom to video intercom systems with app all pre paid for 15 years.

All 50 blocks of apartments went smooth with no faulty parts or any problems, this is the best intercom system we have ever worked with and all codes, fobs, phone numbers etc can be done in a few clicks on the portal remotely.

Our project have been having problems for a long time with our old intercom system. Stephen N came out on Fri and showed the team how it worked, set up the app on the phones and tested system several times times to ensure it worked. There was a slight issue once he was away but we contacted him and he resolved this quickly. Team very happy with new intercom. Safe and easy to use as well for deaf staff. He came out today just to check everything was working fine and no issues. Assisted me in setting up the app onto another phone. Great customer service. Very happy.

Le syndic a décidé avec l'accord des copropriétaires, sauf moi, de remplacer nos vieux interphones par Intratone. Une vrai cochonnerie, ça marche une fois sur dix sans que l'on comprenne pourquoi. J'ai installé l'application sur mon iPhone, quand un visiteur (ex : livreur) interphone, ça sonne bien sur mon iPhone, mais l'appli ne s'ouvre pas, je ne peux rien faire mis à par attendre que le livreur me téléphone pour que je lui dise "attendez, je descends vous ouvrir".
Dommage, si ça avait été au point, ça aurait été bien pratique de pouvoir ouvrir à une personne même en étant absent!

Une bonne collaboration depuis des années. Un matériel performant et un bon service technique. On regrettera l obsolescence de toutes les vieilles centrales. Cependant je tiens a mentionner une expérience ubuesque avec l accueil ce mardi 21 janvier. L impossibilité d'obtenir une information sur un produit Intratone. L hôtesse a refuser catégoriquement de me donner l information prétextant que le produit était seulement sur la gamme Rozoh alors que j'avais déjà utiliserle produit sur Intratone. J ai raccroché avant que la discussion ne dérape complètement. C était complètement hallucinant ! Bref je suis passé directement par mon fournisseur qui m a vendu exactement ce que je voulais. Je pense qu il faut revoir qui vous mettez a l accueil téléphonique pour renseigner vos clients. J hésite à faire une comparaison entre le "Dinner de C o n" et le Garage Gaudin tant la situation était absurde.

This company is s disgrace. I have been trying to fix my faulty system for 10 weeks and I have contacted them on many occasions and they keep sending me to installers who don't know the system or won't touch it because it's rubbish. Their technical team have not helped at all. Their parent company are not interested.
BE WARNED THIS SYSTEM IS RUBBISH AND THERE IS NO AFTER SRRVICE SUPPORT......AFTER A FEW WEEKS I AM FORCED TO BUY A DIFFERENT SYSTEM. WHST S JOKE

Super friendly and very helpful gentleman helped set up the app for the new intercom gate access on the property, he even came out of expected hours to do this as it went live earlier than expected, great service. Thank you.

Its the most ridiculous door entry system ever youve got to hsve your phone with you at all times as nothing comes through an actual door handset receiver anymore in your flat youve literally got to have phone in hand at all times otherwise you dont get any buzzer in flat anymore to know someone at your door only a mobile call the okder residents in the block of flats dont know if their coming or going with it they are used to your buzzer in flat ringing now theyve got to carry phone round at all times with them

Great update for the older intercom. Now you can see through your phone who’s ringing and can give access even if not home. James visited us today, he was very kind and helpful explaining how it works. Thank you!
