Fuir impérativement cet application, ne fonctionne qu'une fois sur 5 !! C'est insupportable. Vous allez devoir déscendre ouvrir presque à chaque fois. Personne ne répond quand vous avez des problème avec cette lamentable application.

I’m amending my review slightly now that tech support have helped.

When it works it is fine but it often randomly stops working one day and that then remains that way until you go all around the houses to get it sorted, often meaning several days with no intercom. Unreliable

J’ai emménagé dans une résidence pour seniors, je n’ai aucune alerte son quand on sonne à l’interphone.
J’ai épuisé tous les tutos. LE SYSTÈME NE FONCTIONNE PAS.
Je trouve intratone archi nul.
Et cerise sur le gâteau il faut être en permanence connecté à internet et pourquoi pas à la lune également.
De plus, je suis senior mais je maitrise parfaitement bien internet.
Je mets une étoile car le Zéro n’existe pas.
Je déconseille complètement Intratone.

Bonjour,suite l enmenagament de ma fille après plusieurs demandes auprès de notre syndic,le changement de nom et de numéro de tel n'ont toujours pas été effectué. C est inadmissible !!.
Autre point :
Sur la platine, des numéros de téléphone s affiche or sur votre site,il est indiqué le contraire !;
Avez vous une solution ??

The company is efficient but the system is useless. While now you can open the door when you are not home, you will miss people when your phone is silent and no one who is staying at yours can know if someone is out calling the buzzer. It doesn't make any sense not to have a receptor at home.

Installed in July as an access control system for a family home with six occupants. Users list their mobile numbers on the app's webpage and agree a hierarchy which determines priorities in terms of which mobile should be called first from the access control plate in the street. The system is meant to be able to switch the visiophone call to a second number and if necessary a third number etc if no response is received.

BUT, If the primary number mobile is switched off or not in signal area, the system does not refer the call on to a second number. If the primary number is on silent mode, the call is not referred to the second number. If the primary number has voicemail activated and the call passes to voicemail after 15 seconds, the visiophone interprets that as call answered and disconnects the call.

Thus far, we have experienced only two occasions when a visiophone call from the access control plate has successfully tripped over to the second mobile on the list. By contrast, we have experienced dozens of missed deliveries.

Other issues are that the visitor cannot always hear the homeowner; visitors' voices are often so distorted as to be unintelligible; and the gate-opening icon on the app does not always function. All too often we have to resort to the method of grabbing a remote and racing out into the garden to open the gate using a hand-held remote control

As a measure of desperation, we asked our installer to configure the system so that a call from the access control plate would trigger calls to multiple mobile numbers on the list simultaneously. That hasn't proved possible.

We are going to try one last solution in an effort to extract some value from this terrible system. We are going to buy a pay-as-you-go SIM card and install it in an old smartphone which will then be given to whoever is in the house at any one time. The mobile will have no voicemail activated, will never be on silent mode and will be plugged in, permanently on charge and dedicated to answering the doorbell, rather like a traditional entryphone system!

We have installed a similar system - HikVision - in our second home and that is working fine as a means of answering visiophone calls from wherever we are. 2-way communication with visitors works. Access can be triggered easily.

On se demande comment une compagnie comme Cogelec a reussi a vendre autant de ces systemes Intratone en France. Je vois que les commentaires des utilisateurs francais sont aussi mauvais que ce qu'on voit sur Trustpilot ici en Angleterre!

Je ne conseille absolument pas, entreprise pas r&active,sans compter, que le système fonctionne très mal

Nous sommes locataires dans un immeuble collectif neuf, doté de l'interphone-visiophone Intratone, depuis un an.
Malgré les multiples réinstallations de l'application sur les deux IPhone(s) du foyer, l'application ne fonctionne pas.
Toutes les vérifications ont été faites auprès du gestionnaire de l'immeuble, qui a bien enregistré nos téléphones; les techniciens sont déjà intervenus à la demande du promoteur... Rien n'y fait !
Quand un visiteur (livreur, médecin, infirmier, artisan...) sonne sur la platine d'entrée, l'appel Intratone s'affiche sur l'écran, mais toute tentative de réponse sur le clavier met fin à la communication.
Les visiteurs abandonnent leur demande de contact : non seulement ils doivent faire défiler les noms des locataires jusqu'au contact recherché (il n'y a pas moyen de présélectionner en tapant la lettre initiale du nom recherché) mais en plus ils obtiennent la réponse : "appel impossible".
Que dire de ce système présenté comme une solution performante, agréable, moderne ?

Service après vente difficile et arrogant

Het systeem werkt voor geen meter. Keer op keer krijg ik geen melding op de app als iemand aanbelt. Jarenlang met support contact gehad, steeds hetzelfde advies: gewoon even de app opnieuw installeren. Probleem blijft bestaan, ze weigeren een blijvende oplossing te vinden...

Ce système d’ouvre porte qui nous a été imposé depuis +/- 1,5 ans dans l’immeuble est CATASTROPHIQUE. Un produit de piètre qualité.
De retour de vacances, pour ne pas prendre mes clés, j’ai voulu m’ouvrir la porte à moi-même et JAMAIS l’application ne s’est lancée malgré une réception 5G irréprochable. TEST : 0/10
Je comprends mieux pourquoi certaines colis ne m’ont jamais été livrés avec un statut « absent» alors que j’étais à domicile.
Les fois où ça a fonctionné, à peine at-ton le temps de répondre, parfois répéter sa phrase, poser une question à l’interlocuteur …. qu’immédiatement la communication s’arrête nette.
Le temps est trop court, et ne laisse d’autre choix au visiteur que de scroller les flèches pour résélectionner votre nom.
Pourquoi avoir imposé un temps de communication? Pourquoi ce parti-pris ? C’est incompréhensible.
Bref, INTRATONE = L’ENFER du parlophone.
Beaucoup de mes voisins ne l’utilisent même plus, s’arrangent par téléphone avec leurs visteurs. C’est dire !...
Quant à moi, je fais livrer un maximum de commandes hors de chez moi dès que c’est possible.
J’ai envoyé un email chez intratone il y a plus de 6 mois… ils n’ont même jamais pris la peine de me répondre.

Initial enquiries into a replacement door entry system were made through Safe Simple Secure Ltd, Edinburgh assisted by Stephen Neil of Intratone who attended on several occasions to explain the system to residents of the two blocks of apartment’s involved. Stephen did this both very willingly and expertly with great patience. Nothing was too much trouble and his demonstrations were very understandable as he answered questions. When the system was finally installed by SSS Ltd it was done with efficiency and Stephen attended to coach and instruct property owners on how to use the system which again he did willingly and in a very user friendly manner. Intratone and SSS Ltd worked very well together. The system is a success

Ich bin mit der Türklingel-Lösung von Intratone insgesamt unzufrieden. Die App ist wenig benutzerfreundlich und es fehlen grundlegende Funktionen, die man bei einem solchen Produkt erwarten würde. Auch nach Ankündigung eines Updates hat sich bisher nichts verbessert.

Der Kundenservice war in meinem Fall nicht hilfreich. Das Gespräch wirkte wenig lösungsorientiert, was den Gesamteindruck zusätzlich verschlechtert hat.

Ich hatte zuvor nie Probleme mit Türklingeln – das hat sich mit Intratone leider geändert. Ich hoffe, dass das Unternehmen die Rückmeldungen ernst nimmt und sowohl Produkt als auch Service verbessert.
