Absolutely disgusting experience with this company. My partner booked antrain driving experience and 100% was going but three days before he had to have his appendix out. I rang to rearrange but they wasn't shifting. Arrogant, rude and not helpful at all …. Avoid at all costs

For 9 months i have been chasing a…
For 9 months i have been chasing a refund for a falsely advertised experience that was never available at any track!! Just getting generic email responses. Me and my partner paid for 2 experiences that cannot be fulfilled, but clearly just getting ripped off as they are not available. Selling things that aren't available and refusing to refund is illegal!!

Awful website. Slow to load.
Poor search and location filtering. I'm looking for experiences near the person I'm buying for!
When checking out... why can't I simply add the recipient... it's a present. Other sites do this easily.
Impossible to pay on, takes so long to load the transaction my bank thinks it's a scam and blocks it. Couldn't load Google pay.
Overall just rubbish.

Good experience but promo codes are wrong
I had been looking for a flying experience for my granddaughter and had been in touch before. Once I had decided what to go for, I started the buying process. I had been given a discount code but every time I entered it, I was told it was invalid and was given a different one to enter which also didn't work. In the end I went online and found a totally different promo code which finally worked. After this the process was much better.
