Bought two helicopter trips for myself…
Bought two helicopter trips for myself abd my wife. No trips available at our desired location. So we decided to transfer to another experience. Was possible but the £246 i paid is now only worth £180!!
So may as write this one off as not getting anywhere with this company..!!

Charged twice - since resolved
Update: I got the help and refund needed on one of the vouchers! It took a few days longer than anticipated so I panicked a bit! Thanks for resolving. Changed from 1 star to 4 now that it is resolved as the voucher itself is great, but the stress caused by the mishap prevents the 5 overall.
It said that there was an error on payment so I tried again which the second time said it worked and then I noticed I had been charged twice. I emailed customer service and got no reply and now I have 2 vouchers when I only needed (and could only really afford) one! Still no response as well!

Zero communication skills
I paid £140 for a monster truck experience with these guys assuming that you just pay your money and then pick the date you want to drive the truck. However, once you buy your voucher it is up to YOU the customer to contact another company and sort out all that stuff. That’s like me paying a waiter for food at a restaurant then having to go into the kitchen myself and tell the chef what I want to eat. Needlessly complicated, Into The Blue should sort out all that stuff for you. They also don’t tell you that you need to make ANOTHER payment to enter the venue which should frankly just be covered in the experience. I never got to do my experience by the way because the company Into The Blue are partnered with didn’t reply to emails and don’t answer their phones. I rang Into The Blue twice a week for a month telling them their partners weren’t responding to me and I was always told I’d be called back the next day with a resolution but I never was. Terrible communication skills. Avoid
