Precios altos, paneles poco intuitivos y gestión poco transparente

Mi experiencia con Interdominios no ha sido buena. Me he encontrado con precios bastante altos en comparación con otras alternativas del mercado, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que los paneles de gestión me parecen poco intuitivos, antiguos y poco cómodos para controlar los servicios contratados.

Además, la gestión de la renovación/baja me ha parecido poco profesional. Se me reclamó un pago apoyándose en una condición de preaviso que, en mi opinión, no estaba suficientemente clara ni visible para el cliente en el momento de gestionar el servicio. Al final he optado por pagar para cerrar el asunto y evitar más pérdida de tiempo, pero la sensación que queda es de falta de transparencia y de una atención más orientada a cobrar que a facilitar una solución clara al cliente.

También echo en falta una experiencia de usuario más moderna: paneles más claros, avisos de renovación más visibles, explicación sencilla de las condiciones y una gestión de bajas menos rígida.

No repetiría. Hay proveedores de hosting y dominios con mejores precios, mejores paneles y procesos mucho más claros.

Pésimos, han dejado mi web inaccesible alegando que tiene un virus, pero no saben cual, son unos irresponsables e incompetentes. NO CONTRATEN NUNCA A ESTA EMPRESA ( Estuve con ellos solo 3 días). Y lo peor han roto el sitio. UN ESPANTO!!!

Tengo clientes en muchos sitios web diferentes y la atención al cliente no pasa de un aprobado, pero la atención de Interdominios es EXCELENTE, gracias Juan tu ayuda esa noche con problemas se convirtió en una noche de soluciones. Gracias Jesús, tus comentarios y ayuda comercial son acertadas y justas. Que atiendan tan bien, no es así en todos los ISP. Interdominios es especial, gracias y mil gracias de nuevo.

Resulta que el sistema informático es lo bastante "inteligente" como para bloquear la cuenta de un cliente si no paga un servicio.

Pero no es lo suficientemente inteligente como para entender que, si un cliente tiene un dominio y un servicio de correo, y decide no pagar el correo porque ya no lo necesita, eso no significa que quiera seguir usándolo. Aun así, el sistema decide, por su cuenta, comprar licencias para ese servicio no pagado. ¿El resultado? Te cobran por algo que no has solicitado ni utilizado, y si no lo pagas, te bloquean todos los servicios, incluso los que sí has pagado.

Esto te impide gestionar los servicios que realmente quieres y has abonado, hasta que no pagues lo que ellos arbitrariamente han decidido que debes. En mi país, a eso se le llama extorsión.

Jamás hemos vivido algo similar con otros proveedores de hosting.

Conclusión: Nunca más con Interdominios.

Pésima atención al cliente. Precios excesivos en la renovación de dominios sin servicios añadidos que lo justifiquen y, a la hora de afrontar las reclamaciones de los clientes su actuación carece de sentido común y empatía.

Obligan al pago por anticipado en forma de bonos y cobran lo mismo por los ".es" que los ".com.es"

Sus servidores windows son carísimos y lentísimos requiriendo el contrato de recursos adicionales que encarecen aún más el producto final.

Como alguien que lleva en el mundo d elos dominios más de 29 años a la fecha de redacción de esta opinión, os invito a manteneros alejados de sus servicios o ir con cautela si ya estáis usándolos porque a la mínima os tratarán sin tacto alguno.

Extremely outdated hosting site, lack of support.

Dimos de baja un dominio hace un año y por tener un servicio adicional al mismo que no dieron de baja ellos mismos sino que te responsabilizan a ti de hacerlo tuvimos que renovar ese servicio adicional otro año más.
Devolvimos el recibo alegando que dimos de baja el dominio pero quisieron seguir con el procedimiento de cobro alegando que el servicio adicional no lo dan ellos y que habían adelantado el dinero. Por experiencia de mis compañeros no han dado un buen servicio.

Hace años estuvimos con Interdominios y el Servicio Técnico dejaba mucho que desear...

Por circunstancias hemos vuelto a probar con ellos uno de sus servicios, el cual no nos convenció y solicitamos la devolución usando la GARANTÍA DE DEVOLUCIÓN DE 15 DÍAS (habían pasado 3) y nos dicen que ese servicio no cuenta con esa garantía... la cual revisando su web en ningún sitio dice que ese servicio no se devuelve el importe...

Tras intentar contactar con ellos no cumplen lo que la web indican INCUMPLIENDO la POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIÓN... sinceramente, no es por la cantidad, es por el hecho de que engañen de esa forma.

Comencé con el hosting compartido de Interdominios pero la web creció y escalé al servicio de VPS. Puedo decir que en estos tres años no hemos tenido problemas de caídas de servidor y cualquier incidencia la han respondido en menos de 24 horas. La atención al cliente vía chat funciona muy bien.
