Horrible customer service.... actually, non existent.
But they do bill me on time and take my money for my many domain names.
funny how that works.

The customer service does not exist anymore. They use Network Solutions who has been sold to or is associated with a company in Florida called Newfold Digital. Nobody answers that number. Their BBB rating is "F'. My email storage was cut in half without any explanation or refund. When I paid--through the chat box--for additional storage, it was never credited to my account. The same people answer through the chat box each time and are unable to solve any issues, only to document and make a ticket. The issues do not get resolved.

Had namesecure for 24 years. They failed to send me a renewal notice and allowed my domain to expire. By the time I noticed, it was already registered to another domain provider who said i could try to get it back for $199! I had several other issues with namesecure over the years, but this was the last straw.

Namesecure is an absolute masterclass in giving the minimal possible service. The only way to contact them is to write a letter & post it to the US. I haven't actually tried that, but it's not beyond the bounds of possibility that they have given a false address. I am gradually moving my hosting elsewhere.

They screwed up the transfer of a domain name into their service. It took so long to get it squared away that the previous location dropped off. Leaving my site down. Then, the mx record would not update. Also, you cannot update the text records without a support call. The support calls may or may not ever get back to you.

I had to go through over 20 HOURS of tech support communications in order to get my domain name back, due to MULTIPLE errors on their part (apparently ZERO errors on my part).

My website was down for over a MONTH!!!!!!!!!!

Also, that URL is STILL not showing up in my account 2 MONTHS LATER!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been trying to change the email address on my domain name now for 6 weeks. This company has been acquired since we bought the domain. First they tell you to fax documentation to a number that has been disconnected. Then you do a chat and they set you up with the support email, which connects you to another company which then connect you to another company and it says that the domain isn’t registered with them. Then I get a phone number from the chat and they also say they cannot help me and only the people on the chat can help me 😵‍💫 My domain is expiring, so I really hope I can work this out before then.

Used to have great price, now average ones. Their domains system works but the support is so and so as it's in full manual mode and not too fast.

For example if you want to add a private nameserver there is no auto function for that, you have to sent them an email.
