Stuart, Darren and Nico were excellent from start to finish. They were very prompt, very quick (loading everything within 1 hour) and wonderfully friendly. Even handling our rather difficult sofa on the way out they made it look easy!

Everything was carefully transported and our belongings (fragile and otherwise) are in great shape.

At the delivery point they were accommodating and very quick. We couldn't have had a better experience.

Superb service and experience. Very hardworking team with two vans. £60 for dismantling and remaking 2 beds was the best money we have ever spent! Very quick, loading and unloading, protecting floors and just very considerate.

The process of booking the removals was very smooth, and then on the day Edi and Marius were brilliant, both professional and very efficient. I'd definitely use Intercity again, next time I move house.

As a family with 2 kids both under 3 years, Stuart and Alex made our move seamless. They were really professional, punctual, kind and always happy to help. They managed to move our home quite efficiently from Bristol to Birmingham. They handled our items with care. They were really good with the kids too. Really great guys! Overall an excellent company from the consultation and admin with Adrian to the move with Alex and Stuart. I would definitely recommend

Intercity Removals comes highly recommended. From the initial call to this company right through to the end of the move we received A1 service!

Two gentlemen arrived promptly in the morning to start the wrapping, they were surprised to see that we had already wrapped our belongings well. Nevertheless, they went ahead and wrapped a few items which were not wrapped. Later, a Lorry arrived with another 4-5 guys who built a chain from upstairs to carefully empty the rooms.

We were very impressed with how they filled the lorry, leaving no free space, strapping cupboard doors and furniture to ensure nothing moved or got damaged in transit.

All of the team were friendly, polite and helpful and did their very best to minimise our stress levels on the day.

We were impressed that the guys disconnected the washing machine and dishwasher and removed the American fridge/freezer doors in a breeze!

We have already recommended Intercity to a friend who is moving soon and will continue to recommend this company in the future.

Stuart & Alexyour arrived right on time. They were very friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and made my move less stressful. Could not recommend the gentleman that helped any higher. Great service.

The experience with Intercity was excellent, after over 30 years in the same house we were a little apprehensive about the moving process.
We needn't have worried, after contacting Intercity, Martin called to assess and quote arrived quickly, Anna's excellent communication made sure we were kept in touch at every stage, George answered a couple of questions we had about a few items.
The team ( Virial, Darren & Stuart) that came to pack/move our items into storage were brilliant, and the same team arrived to unpack/ move items into our new house, nothing was too much trouble and everything went smoothly, would not hesitate to recommend Intercity to anybody else thinking of moving house.

Firstly the quote was very reasonable.
On the day of the move Stuart, Darren and Steve arrived promptly at the agreed time.
They were all extremely professional, courteous and respectful of our home and nothing was too much trouble. They carried our furniture and belongings carefully and everything was moved without any damage to the properties or belongings. We noticed how conscientious they were at ensuring everything was packed and secured into the lorries with thought and care.
When they were unloading (at our new home) they even put the protective plastic down for us on the new carpets all the way through the house.

All three were extremely efficient and worked without any fuss. It was a long day from start to finish and they all were still bright and cheerful.
We can't recommend Intercity Removals enough and Stuart, Darren and Steve were just the icing on the donut!

Great to work with the sales team who did an accurate video inventory and quote. The team of movers were ace, they were fast and careful and very friendly. We enjoyed spending the day with them and they destressed the day, which is very much appreciated.

Mane (Christian) David T, Mane, worked tirelessly for almost 12 hours to ensure our move went smoothly and without major issues. They were effective, efficient and had a really positive work ethic. I hope they are valued and appreciated by their Managers!!

A big Thank you to Stuart & Darren who made our move from Caerphilly to Danescourt completely stress free, my mother has secondary lung cancer so she has been very poorly and she never had a single worry about how it was all handled on the day and she is very happy with how it all went.

They arrived earlier than arranged over phone, handled everything with care, and made sure everything went where it had too in the new property.

They were very professional and had a sense of humour as well which is an added bonus. :)

The two-man team (Stuart & Hussain) could not have been more helpful. They were polite, speedy, helpful, respectful of my belongings and worked hard at both ends of the move. I really appreciated how easy they make my move. I would definitely recommend!
