Ben Richards guided me through the lengthy application process for house insurance with great care and courtesy. All was carefully explained and questions answered. When I called a week later to activate the policy which had been placed on hold for me, I got put through to Ben again. The transaction was completed with the same care and attention. Ben made the whole process pleasant and stress-free.

Everytime I use Intasure I get customer satisfaction. They never let me down.

Intasure did not have a record of my insurance documents from 2023, lost in the transition to new software. Just as well as I didn't have to make a claim in 2023 or I am sure it would have been fraught with difficulty. It is also frustrating that the premiums have gone up so much.

I called three companies today for a quote. I chose and paid for this one today because of the extensive knowledge and professional attention from Julian, the agent representative, as well as the quick response from the underwriting team.

I applied for a quote via Go Compare. Intasure advised I would get a phone call.
The next morning I received a call. When I answered the line was dead. The next time I received a call a man asked for my surname and whether the policy would incept within 30 days. I provided the information. He then said he would transfer me to his boss,which he did.
I hung on the phone for 3 minutes before killing the call.
Why phone me if you have no-one to transfer me to?
Whose idea of Customer Service is this? Certainly not mine.
Reading the other reviews which look authentic, and with my "experience" I won't be using this company!
