From the beginning to the end, Inspire Conservatories have been incredibly helpful and efficient. Ellen in particular was there every step of the way and sorted the odd couple of problems out immediately. The quality of the conservatory is wonderful. We are thrilled to bits with the end result and would recommend this company to everyone.

Fabulous. The people are knowledgeable and approachable and super helpful in getting the right design done. The kit itself is well made and well packaged with probably everything you need. Ours came in three different deliveries which made sense eventually and following the assembly instructions it all went together beautifully. Cannot praise the company enough, a really good product at really good value, supplied by really good people.

Couldn't fault the service I received from Tim and Ellen, they were more than helpful in placing the order and have it delivered on time. However, we were let down by their recommended installer (Vince and Connor of Essex Living Space). It was supposed to take 7 days but it has been six weeks and our conservatory is not complete yet. Their staff do not show up as promised and do not even bother to notify you, do not pick up phone or reply to text messages. You never know when they will turn up wasting countless number of days. They made sveral false promises on when they will turn up to complete the job, none of which was delivered. You cannot trust a word they say. We were told there would be a skip on site before they start the job which they never arranged, probably to save money. They kept their rubbles all over our rear and front garden killing the turf and making the garden unusable. Rubble hasn't been cleared despite several reminders and we have been living with it for six weeks. Now we have to find another trade person to complete the job and get the rubble cleared. It has been a horrible experience. I am surprised Inspired Conservatory spoke really highly of this horrible installer. We wish we did not start the project. My advice will be to go to a local supplier who will handle both delivery and installation. It's worth paying little extra.

We are delighted with our self built conservatory from Inspired Conservatories. They are very professional, helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. They were very patient with us as we had many questions and required many changes. It is easy to phone and speak to someone which helps a lot. Our conservatory built by my husband looks excellent. Inspired Conservatories is wonderful! My husband Umar and I found Gemma and Paul absolutely amazing from start to finish. Their prices are so much better than competitors whilst managing to keep both quality and customer service absolutely top notch and second to none. We had a lot of requests and questions and took up a lot of Gemma’s time but she went above and beyond to make sure that we were fully catered for. We have been utterly blown away and have recommended to all family and friends. Thank you Inspired!!

A refreshingly professional conservatory company who were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Gemma spent a great deal of time listening to our ideas for a conservatory and helped us shape our project, which has now been finished and looks great. We are very happy customers!
Inspired Conservatories answered all of our technical questions and offered solutions in providing high-quality units and doors which were reinforced for extra strength (our builders were very impressed). Gemma returned e-mails swiftly and was there at the end of the telephone to discuss things in depth. I felt the service offered was the highest level and eclipsed that of two or three other companies we had also approached.
Units and doors all delivered on the date agreed - there is one driver who will need help unloading the kit - and the utmost care was taken to ensure all parts reached us in top condition.
All in all, a thoroughly positive experience and we would heartily recommend Inspired Conservatories for planning a conservatory build.

I have used inspired conservatories and found them to be excellent. Anyone seeing the last post should ignore this, as that review has nothing to do with the Service that Gemma and Paul work really hard to deliver. Certainly my conservatory was top notch. Keep the great work going 👍

I cannot praise Inspired Conservatories enough. Their customer service is second to none and they go above and beyond to get the right results for their customers. Their prices are very reasonable compared to others in the market and their designs and planning are excellent. Massive shout out to Gemma who was absolutely amazing from my very first enquiry. I was a very difficult customer (!) and, because of my property’s circumstances, required quite extensive amendments to be made to the drawings and plans. Never was I made to feel like a nuisance and nothing was too much for Gemma and her team. Alex, their recommended installer is incredibly helpful and kind and knows his stuff. I would highly recommend Inspired Conservatories to all those looking for one. You won’t be disappointed!

What a fantastic service from start to finish. The team are so helpful and are patient. I was a bit nervous at first about the self build element but throughout the whole process Gemma and the team were really helpful and explained everything. Delivery was amazing and the final product is great quality.

We are very satisfied with the bespoke conservatory we bought from Inspired Conservatories Direct Ltd. As it is a bespoke model, the detailed planning by both Gemma & factory took some time. The result was worth waiting for. Gemma & Paul had recommended 2 very good builders Alex & Dean. Within 7th days, our conservatory was built & installed with efficient durable base, good insulation walls & gorgeous glass roofs, doors & windows. A big thank you to Gemma & team. We already recommended our new purchase to our friends. Yes, we are very happy with our new living space 😊👍

from start to finish the service of the team at Inspired was outstanding. Even though it took me a few months to DIY my conservatory they were helpful throughout the whole way even when my tape measure broke down!

Competitively priced conservatory, the purchase handled by Gemma and thereafter installed by Alex. The team at IC, are helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to meet customer requirements. One negative is that there was an issue with building control. I would have liked it if more help & information had been forthcoming before reaching that stage in the build. I generally had to resolve the issue myself & that was disappointing. That said, I'm very happy with the final product and my conservatory, (excellently installed by Alex & Jim) is what I'd hoped it would be. This is a small family firm, punching well above it's weight. I'd really suggest that you at least give them a try.

Purchased this lovely little conservatory to make a small dining room and leave a lovely kitchen space to use ! Inspired were amazing with first class service of all staff especially Ryan who helped me choose the colour and style and he sold the chosen roof etc to me with first getting what I really was looking for so very Bespoke service . Then Alex who is an external company did the ground work and the full erection of my chosen conservatory he moved the drain pipe and re connected my outside light as well as replaced my blocks in the gaps , very fast and professional service he provided with bad weather not in his side and it looks spectacular all round , half the cost of other people who quoted me but a good quality conservatory and base plus an excellent service from Alex .

Having decided that a self-build conservatory was the way forward I spent a lot of time looking at the various companies that provide this service and how the process works. There are a lot of companies that use the Durabase system, but I finally settled on Inspired Conservatories Direct, due mainly to the positive reviews, but also the price which was very competitive. From ordering our conservatory to actual delivery was remarkably quick and the company were in constant contact to check each detail, from brick colour to roof choice. The Durabase was delivered complete with comprehensive instructions and the conservatory arrived around 10 days later, again, with very comprehensive instructions.

From preparing the site to completion took around 3 weeks and although it was a challenge, I am really pleased with the result, which looks very professional and and is also extremely practical, giving us an extra room.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Inspired Conservatories, support was excellent throughout the build, I am reasonably competent at DIY, but did need guidance a few times and this was always available, either by phone or email. Nothing was too much trouble and when needed, extra supplies were shipped to me extremely quickly without fuss or extra expense.
