Really poor service. I ordered a manhole cover with next day delivery. Phoned up two days later and the person hadn't processed the order and suggested it take 2 - 3 days to deliver. He agreed the website delivery terms were wrong.

Good product and service at a competitive price. No hesitation in recommending this company.
Great customer service and very competitive pricing.
Price very competitive and delivery exactly as stated. Impressed for first time ordering and did not hold up the building programme.
Excellent service sent me samples free of charge 👌 now I’m deciding what astroturf to buy of the landscape factory 👍
Swift and efficient delivery - copper slate porcelain tiles have laid really well and only two accidental breakages when cutting. Very pleased and would recommend.

Thankyou very much for your kind review, we are delighted to hear your tiles were the right choice, we hope you enjoy your new garden! :)
Very pleasant experience with Michael. He was very patient with me going back and forth with my order as I was trying to figure out which tiles would be appropriate for our project. I must point out that most of my communication was out of hours but Michael was great nonetheless and handled all my queries with patience. The company is not just interested in making a sale but will give good guidance as to which products suit best. Good old fashioned customer service.

Great service, advice and pricing, nothing was too much trouble , really gave me that supported feeling with my diy project, not just trying to sell you something. Chose tiger turf, grano dust coupled with vert edge system, no complaints
