Staff are incompetent did not know how to change the battery lock and I went in for new break pads and disks for a G3 and I was given the wrong pads and grips I was given 2 different sizes and then I changed them and I was given 2 left ones

I ordered the Kugoo KuKirin G2 Pro…
I ordered the Kugoo KuKirin G2 Pro online and it was quite quick and easy to go through everything. I got it as a pick up from the store and it was less than one hour ready to be picked up and when I arrived the staff were so friendly and good atmosphere. Helped me out to the car with the box and when I got home took less than half hour to set up start to finish. Thanks to all staff.

Left my sons scooter in to be fixed &…
Left my sons scooter in to be fixed & there was a lot more that needed to be fixed than I realised.
The lads instead of paying a fortune for repairs offered to take it as a trade in & gave me a brand new 1 for not a whole lot more money.
He now has a brand new scooter with a new 12 month warranty.
Would highly recommend these guys without another thought.
