It has been almost a month I am waiting for my paracel and they even do not provide a DHL tracking number and I am not able to track it they just send you a link of a Chinese post company which does bot show where is your paracel. I have lost my money

They kept my scooter for almost a month and told me that there was nothing wrong with it. I got it back and they informed me that, after all, there was an issue with the engine and they could not do anything. Unprofessional amateurs.

Ordered a scooter tried to do it on the cycle to work scheme they guided me through it and there staff on the phone were very friendly and polite just very good service overall highly recommend,

I’m furious and extremely disappointed. I bought a scooter that is NOT water-resistant at all, even though they proudly advertise it as “splash-proof.” What a joke.

I used it for less than two weeks, only twice in light rain — never in puddles, never in heavy rain — and I always wiped it dry right after. Despite all that care, it just stopped working!

How can you even sell a scooter like this in Ireland, where it rains almost every day? If it can’t handle a bit of drizzle, don’t lie about it being water-resistant. This is false advertising.

They even sent me a replacement, and guess what? The exact same problem. So it’s not a bad unit — it’s a terrible design flaw.

For the same price, I’ve already bought another scooter elsewhere that’s actually waterproof. This brand should be ashamed.

We never received the scooter on time. The first one they sent was broken and wrong. When they promised to send a replacement, they didn’t even ship it, and I’m still waiting. I had to call myself to find out that DPD didn’t pick it up — if I hadn’t called, I would have had no idea. Completely disorganized, absolutely horrible service. Do not order from them.

Unreliable company! They try to cheat.

I do not recommend buying from them, In that case, there is a risk of receiving damaged goods, and if you complain, the company will delay the delivery. The first time, they often send defective or used items, hoping that you will accept them. When you complain, they just apologize, and then you have to wait weeks for the issue to be resolved.

I’m also not sure that those 5-star reviews are genuine… this company seems irresponsible. After all this, they even ask you to leave a positive review—now you know where all those 5 stars come from.

A woman named Halima, with whom we spoke on the phone, may work there—she apparently wrote 5/5 reviews for herself.

I left my bike into Inner City Scooters for what should have been a simple bike chain replacement. After a week with no updates, I rang and was told they needed to “order a part” and it would be ready by Monday or Tuesday. The following Thursday I called again and was given the exact same excuse.

Over the next week, I rang almost daily because I rarely got a call back. The story then changed to “the boss has to go into town to get the chain.” After 2–3 weeks of waiting and no progress, I collected my bike and brought it to a smaller shop in Clondalkin who had it fixed in 10 minutes.

I will say the staff were always polite on the phone, so I can’t fault them personally — but the whole set-up is clearly not working. Stay clear, not worth the hassle.

I went online and ordered a bike on Saturday. They rang Tuesday to advise it was available for collection and asked if I needed the bike assembled. Cost 50 euro. Mustapha, great guy, very knowledgeable and he was super helpful. Took his time and explained how to use different features on the bike. Give this guy a raise 😃.Highly recommend. It's a new store so I hope they thrive. Well done 👏

Bad experience for small problem in my bike they take 3 Days 😔

A bunch of cowboys if ye ask me sent me scooter up just for breaks pacifically as i had no time to spare to do them myself after going to collect on collection day (5 days later) i was told it wasn’t ready following day i rang up and they told me i needed X Y and Z and my scooter wouldn’t be able to drive if these parts were not put on even though i drove to the shop on me scooter so i told them to leave it and i would get it done else where as the prices they were charging were extortionate for these fixings when showed up to get my scooter they said it wasn’t driving because the throttle was broke even tho i drove into the shop on it so throttle couldn’t of been broke it was handed back to me with throttle disconnected fixings all loose no where near the way i handed it when i went to leave with my scooter they then tried to say i owed €30 for them looking at it which is even crazy to ask for after my scooter was handed back to me in worse state than it was before i handed it in

The company were friendly and polite on the phone and very quick and professional in dealing with.

They are most helpful they look after .after taking a bike out for a cycle I got back really hot and sweaty and I asked had they any water he came back with a bottle of ice cold water you cannot beat that IAM 73 years old and I could not praise the enough

Ordered a new crank for my back as it said it would be ready for pick up next day, called next day as had no notification to say that I could pick it up to be told I would get a call back to say when it would arrive as was not in stock 2 weeks later still no call back and still no part have been into the shop to be told it would be here in 2 days went back into the shop after 2 weeks and 2 days to be told that they were getting my part in reality they were trying to take it off another bike as again they had forgot to order it but they did not have the correct tool to remove it.
I did order a brand new part but at this point I can’t wait no longer they eventually delivered it out to my address but it was a part that they had removed from another bike.
