DAVID SMITH WAS VERY HELPFUL IN CANCELLING MY ORDER. MY ONLY PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER WAS THAT IT WAS A RUSH ORDER AND I ONLY HAVE THE OPTION FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING WHEN I NEEDED NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING. I PREFER INKEDIBLE BRAND OVER KOPYKAKE BUT KOPYKAKE OFFERED NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING.

Great Communication with a custom order!
I had a custom order that required expedited shipping. Steve was the online chat agent and was SO helpful!! He very quickly answered all my questions and even stayed in communication as I placed the order. He gave EXCELLENT customer service and I easily was able to order when it could have been difficult. The quality of the edible print is superb. The colors are bright and true. David Smith responded immediately to a question about the order since I didn't know if I actually sent what I needed. Service is quick and the product was perfect.
