Absolutely a joke of a company send my package with no signed for option just dump on my door step and leave and guess what get home no package and to be told tough luck basically.£140 pound out of pocket to be told not our problem by inglesport.

ordered a RECHARGEABLE Peltz head torch through Amazon, arrived with ordinary batteries, was told it was mis-advertised and it was not rechargeable
They totally agreed it was advertised wrong and the advert could not be changed
was refunded cost of torch and £4-49 postage, It actually cost me £5-39 to post it back as they advised
No torch , out of pocket, and all the hassle, NOT IMPRESSED

To clarify, the original issue stemmed from Amazon listings that can sometimes be misleading or faulty, which is beyond our control. However, we did acknowledge the situation and offered a full refund. Regarding the return process, it seems there was a misunderstanding with Amazon's VAT calculation on refunds. This resulted in a 20% discrepancy in the postage refund. It's worth noting that Amazon has a unique way of adding VAT to the item refund but not to the postage.
While we're unable to contact customers through Amazon post-purchase, we invite you to get in touch with us directly so we can address the postage refund discrepancy.

Ordered Rab mattress. Got product at a reasonable price, free delivery and on my doorstep within a couple of days. So many companies either don't deliver to NI or charge extortionate p+p since Brexit. Very pleased. Great service. Will order with Inglesport in the future

We would normally have contacted you to arrange a refund after a stock error, but on this occasion, with more stock imminent, we thought it was a tolerable delay of 1-2 days, rather than cancel your order. Unfortunately, our delivery took 4 days to arrive. We should have communicated all this to you, and your email SHOULD have been replied to, hence we accept your review. The tracking shows your replacement headbands delivered, so please get in touch if you have any further queries.

I ordered a coat from these
I ordered a coat from these, it came extremely quickly. Once received I soon realized it was way to big for me, so I contacted them. They understood that this happens and gave me the details on how to send it back and I asked if they could send a size smaller, which they were perfectly fine with.
Once they received the coat back I had an email that same day saying they had sent the smaller size out to me. I've just received it now (was a slight delay due to the royal mail strikes) and the coat is perfect. I will 100% be using inglesport again!!

I ordered a Rab jacket and ordering process and Inglesport postings timelines all great. Then our postman left the parcel in our recycling bin on collection day! Royal Mail accepted responsibility but then Inglesport especially ordered in a jacket in the right size to replace, went through the complex claims process with Royal mail for us and Inglesport were always so helpful throughout the whole process. New jacket sent out quickly and now successfully with us. Thank you so much Inglesport - it is a real sign of a good company when they deal with issues out of your control so well.

Great Service
Placed an order for a Rab fleece at 16:40 on Monday with free delivery and received it at 12:30 on Tuesday.
Good product and 10% cheaper than buying direct from the manufacturer.
I am always happy to support small businesses that give great customer service and this is one!

Inglesport is a great company and shop! I have ordered from them online many times and every time the products arrive quickly and are exactly what I want. They regularly draw me pictures of different animals and include them in the order. They are a genuinely nice group of people who are great at customer service. When I have been into the shop they have been happy and willing to help.
