Took ages to come and wasn’t as picture as there was no spray attachment just a bottle - It says to spray it I raised an issue and was told they’d send one but it’s been a month. If I have to buy a spray bottle too it makes it expensive.
I can’t review it’s performance as I can’t use it.

After a recommendation from a detailer this was the first time using infinity wax and first small order sub £30. Disappointed as 2 items were not delivered. I contacted them via email and they replied after the weekend that unfortunately items were out of stock. They refunded for the missing items straight away which was good i understand these things happen but why not refund before dispatch knowing some items not available? Would have saved me days of waiting and time emailing. Overall not its a good start for a new customer. Hopefully if I choose to order again it will be a different outcome

Products arrived in good time.Wash buckets came with no logos on them.Other products as described. ZERO WATER is a high recommend product. Easy to use and leaves a good finish.

No problems with the products, wish I could of said them same about deliveries fees, I placed an order and realised I forgot to buy something else I wanted so went straight back on and ordered it , I then contacted Customer services about getting both orders delivered at the same time. For then to be told It wasn’t possible, I was charged 2 delivery fees which I thought was a bit excessive.

Lots of products to choose but most of which are sold out, so limited with choice

I have used infinity wax products for a long time now and never had any issues with them, however recently I purchased a bottle of Synergy boost spray on ceramic coating, I have used this product for a long time now and it was fantastic, however this time when it arrived the liquid inside was yellow and not the usual clear liquid, I emailed customer help and questioned this, to be told it has always been yellow, which isn't true but I thought I would try it and see, unfortunately this "revised" version that is a yellow liquid is useless and nothing like the previous clear version, so a complete waste of money and no further response from customer service about the product being useless, long story short - do not buy synergy boost

Since business has been handed over, massive drop! Dispatch times are near on a week, items showing in stock, then 5 days after they confirmed the order I get an email “out of stock, sorry”. Don’t bother, move to another independent company.

Placed a order since the sale items missing and wrong items sent a Enquiry bout my items missing and wrong items and was told they items were aout of stock asked about why I wasn't informed as needed all the items together got no answer asked if they could be sent back out when back in stock got no answer all I got was a refund with no customer service. What happend to good old keeping customer informed when there a mistake or items out of stock due to system errors

Been following infinity wax for a while now and after recommendations from friends I decided my new wheels deserved a decent coating. Hopefully it's just as good as the reviews say it is

Maybe it’s because Infinity Wax has been acquired by Tetrosyl but the item had a missing trigger. Rang Tetrosyl to resolve and was a painful experience, the agent had no idea about Infinity Wax and promised me a call back and email the same day, Nothing received. Email Infinity Wax direct who responded but still no trigger! Item is useless without it so can’t perform my service for my clients.

I’m still waiting for delivery so unable to say how good it is atm

Wanted to place one last order with IW before it was all moved down south. Fast delivery, well packaged and great products. Hoping the quality doesnt drop with the new production team.
