Excellent products and customer service. Unfortunately the courier service they use for my location is not reliable but this is outwith the company’s control.

Very, very good products. They work so well and at a very competitive price.

Best detailing products on the market

Since the takeover the brand has been absolutely destroyed. Products used to be absolutely fantastic. Now they are watered down and ineffective. I was a long time supporter but now I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. Shame as it had become one of the best brands going for quality and price. Now it's a joke

I’ve used infinity wax products for many years, I placed an order on 1st April, paid to get next day delivery, and 3 days later still no delivery. Needed items for a job I had booked in, I needed to go elsewhere for products, more expense to me. Not great service.

Since this take over, the product is awful! DO NOT BUY
Complete SH&T chemicals. Watered down to hell. Can’t name one good product from their line anymore…

Bis heute ist nichts passiert, da sind andere Marken viel besser aufgestellt in der Beratung.

Asked about what ceramic products were good for Matt paintwork, said they’d speak to technical department and get back to me that was over 2 weeks ago, I have emailed them 3 times and just same answer which is still waiting to hear back.
Surely can’t be that hard to find out.

I bought the Infinity Wax Graphine Wax and this is by far the best car wax I have ever bought. Easy to apply
If you use a soft sponge, removing excess is effortles and the shine makes my car look like new. The water just beads up and falls off. My car looks completely dry after just 5 minutes of driving.

First class in all aspects of product and supply can't fault them at all

I was a user of Infinity Wax before the Tetrosyl takeover, never had an issue. Great products and great service. Like everyone I was a bit sceptical when Tetrosyl bought Infinity out. However, as everyone should do I gave them a chance. First order, not an issue. I had seen others had issues but put this down to teething problems and was happy to continue using Infinity. However I just recently ordered 5L of glass cleaner as I was running low, the order arrived on time but the packaging was ridiculous. Parcel was received with one of the sides of the box ripped off and felt wet and smelt of the chemical. Once opened it was clear glass cleaner was leaking and the container holding the chemical was damaged. I immediately emailed Infinity Wax on the evening I received it (didn’t expect an email until the next day). Here I am now 2 days later still with no response. I have now sent them 3 emails in total which are all being ignored so I’m looking at what steps to take next. The automated emails keep coming asking for a review so here it is, unfortunately not a good one. Looks as if I’m not alone either. Such a shame to see what was once a great brand with great products & service going down the drain.

Update (8/12/2025)

3 emails, this review and another email sent via the Infinity Wax online form later and I have been fully refunded. It was not an easy task trying to get customer service to acknowledge the issue let alone resolve it and I felt as if I was being ignored. Due to this experience I will be staying clear of Infinity Wax as it’s just not worth the inconvenience and having to fight to get a resolution.

The products were great and well priced . My main complaint is the courier company who delay your products by two days sometimes and say no one was in and then you have to pickup from a shop
