Popped into infinity Watford today for some replacement pins for my pinlock visor. Young lad named Rue not only replaced them but did a quick service on my shoei neotec FOR FREE!!
Very impressed with the shop and the staff. Will definitely be back.

Received a pair of RST boots for Christmas a bit on the tight size 11 spoke to an advisor who recommended I went up a size , returned the boots Wednesday and received the replacement ones today Saturday excellent service and thank you very much they now for lovely

Ordered some boots on line, I'm right between two sizes and normally size up, however this particular boot came up larger than expected. Rang in to Camberley & spoke with James he said they had the smaller size on the shelf so popped into the store and swapped over. Whilst over at the store I enquired about some helmets some James went through options & really knew the products 👍

Decent and friendly service. Quite helpful and knowledgeable but.......for a business that offers click and collect, the refund process is a bit long winded. You won't get your money back on returned goods for several working days.

I visited Infinity Motorcycles in Great Western Road,Glasgow today. I was served by a young lady who was extremely pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere in the shop was warm and welcoming which was different from my experience in this business last year. I viewed the vast selection of gloves and,eventually,chose a pair. When I went back to pay the young lady ( apologies for forgetting her name) checked the prices of the gloves online and reduced the price by £15. I was overwhelmed and will not go past this shop in future. Many thanks.

I live in Farnborough so I am spoilt for choice between a few bike shops in the area, however I now go straight to the Camberley branch of Infinity. Every time without fail I have been greeted with a smile and a person who genuinely wants to help you rather than push the top of the range / latest product (which happens in some of the closer stores). As a customer this is HUGE!
I have been served by a number of different people and all the same helpful attitude. This is clothing, equipment and even website admin related enquiries.
They have a good warehouse there so if you can't find it on the shop floor there's a good chance they have it in the back.
A particular shout out to Tom yesterday, who spent ages looking up and sourcing a jacket for me. Nothing was too much trouble and exactly the service that keeps me coming back to Camberley.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever encountered. Did me a fantastic price on my jacket and in 2 days I was wearing it. How fast is that. It was the same story when I bought another jacket a few weeks earlier. Going to buy the trousers to match in the new year won't be going anywhere else but Infinity. Thank you all so much...

Infinity alway come up trumps for me.
I have now used them a couple of times and their customer service is a breath of fresh air.
They are extremely helpful, cheery and polite with nothing to much trouble.
I wanted a Arai helmet this week. Gave them a call . Did a deal at a great price and Helmet was with me 2 days later in North Scotland.
These are my go to guys for bike gear.

Lily did a great job finding the product I wanted, they didn't have the size helmet I needed inshore but she called and reserved me a helmet 15 minutes away and I went it got it. Also bought a new cardo which I'm extremely happy with her recommendation. Thanks Lily will see you soon

The gift of any shop is having staff that understand what they are selling . You cannot buy experience no matter how much you pay them . So the Christchurch store i have been using from the days of old when it was Rays riders wear . Then a good friend of mine bought it Chris and now infinity own it . So i like to stick local and it just keeps getting better . Today got a new leather jacket and seem to always get a regular face that serves me Sam . If i owned infinity he is what i call top draw management i would want him to showcase people how to run a store . A perfect welcome without feeling uncomfortable gave me a great price with my voucher just brilliant beats all online shopping .

I bought an expensive Helmet (Scorpian) from them which has 3 years of warranty, after almost 6 months the helmet was ripped off from inside, including the pins and the shield without even any drop or hits. I asked for warranty, after taking almost 45 day's and keeping my helmet, they send it back and said these parts are out of our policy. This kinds of customer service is really unacceptable.

I went to this shop and saw a jacket I wanted however not one one in my size. James ordered one for me which arrived next day before 10 a.m free delivery. Fits perfectly. What more could one ask. Many thanks.

I popped in to a shop with strong mind with what helmet I want, unfortunately trying them out I was left disappointed. Luckily Infinity Motorcycles have a wide variety of other helmets and with Duncan's help and knowledge, after 1.5 hour we managed to find a helmet that suits me best and my needs. Cant praise the team enough, Duncan thanks again, person at the till was very friendly too and I managed to get a massive discount on the helmet, thanks to a Black Friday and the shop also matched the lowest price I could find on Internet.
Also shop does a bonus scheme, so with my purchase I now have almost £10 for a next purchase and this is on top of the 30% discount I already had on a helmet.
Anyway, I will be coming back for other things i need for my biking!

After 5 years and thousands of pounds this company has burned me for the last time.
I've been an infinity customer for the better part of a decade and have spent thousands of pounds with them. I have had issues in every single purchase from them. There's too many to name in one review but I'll give you the top five.
I twice dropped off helmets for warranty work only to return weeks later and find that the helmets were still sitting in the shop and hadn't been sent out. This caused me in both cases to have to buy a new helmet to use in the interim.
I received a size small helmet in a medium box. They then refused to send me a replacement until I shipped out the old one. This left me with no helmet for days and shows the lack of attention to detail that this company has.
More recently I ordered some acf-50 along with a few other bits and bobs. The can of acf50 was too tall to fit in the box so rather than use an appropriately sized box for my order they remove the cap off the acf50. Which predictively caused it to spray everywhere inside the box soaking everything and the box. A total joke.
My most recent order was a coms unit worth 290 pounds which they threw in a thin cardboard box with zero packing material. The coms box was crushed to half it's original size. It literally looks like it has been run over by a car.
The only reason I've stayed for as long as I have is because of their loyalty program which predictably doesn't work as advertised. The kept creating duplicate accounts so my points would be spread across multiple accounts and I wouldn't receive my vouchers without emailing them. A £10 voucher here and there just does not make up for the absolutely horrendous service I've received over the years. I'm done.
Hopefully sports bike shop can package an order correctly!

Bought boots online that proved to be uncomfortable so tried to arrange a return.
Their "returns" label wasn't there so went to the website that also did not allow me to download a returns label.
I called. They agreed yo email me a label.
A week later I called again. A different person agreed the label had not been sent. But they would send me one.
A week later again I cannot get them to even pick the phone up. They say they are closed and I should call back on the next working day.
I've done this three working days in a row.
I'm now paying to deliver these back to infinity and I'll not darken their door again.
Such dreadful customer service.
