My 6 month old Cardo headset failed and I went back to Infinity Oxford for advice, they agreed it wasn't right and sent it back to Cardo, who may or may not have received it, they certainly didn't fix and return it and the communication was dire! Infinity lads agreed to replace my unit for a brand new one from their stock, fitted the speakers and mic to my helmet while I waited and went above and beyond my expectations. I even got to use the staff loo as I was caught short. Super service, knowledgeable guys and always great service, they just need a coffee machine like Sports Bike Shop

Andy, the sales person; Glasgow shop, was helpful and didn't waffal even though I was looking at a significant purchase. He was patient and did his best to make me feel comfortable, encouraging me to take my time making my decision. Having sourced the required items for me to consider he put me under no pressure to buy rather encouraged me to be sure the purchase was what I wanted.

Amazing service, I ordered an Oxford alarmed disc lock and it was delivered in way less than 24 hours! Very securely packaged and handed to me by the DPD driver dead on time. Impressive and pleasant experience, I fully recommend Infinity Motorcycles. Thank you!

Excellent service in Camberley. The Swedish lad sold me the Halvarssons Boffalet jacket and trousers which are perfect to go over my Knox armoured base layers. He was patient and listened to my requirements meeting my price point exactly.
Tested today at 12 degrees with high windchill and felt I didn’t need any more layers.

Got exactly what I needed quickly at a very good price in a very busy store because Millie was excellent at serving and the products I wanted were stocked .

I rarely ever leave reviews but was really pleased with the ease and flexibility of resolution when I arrived a faulty item.

Essentially I bought a pair of motorcycle trousers with straps-but one of the straps had not been sewn up to hold the buckle. Took around 3 weeks to arrive and didn’t really want to send back and wait a while.
Emailed, asked how long replacement would take or if there’s options for a partial refund/voucher instead as I assumed this would be an easy fix if I took them to a seamstress.

They were more than happy to do a partial refund, which ended up being a lot more than I thought it would be. I also said I was happy to have a voucher instead as this might be easier for them and still have some bike gear to get.
Responses were fairly speedy, got my voucher sent, really happy with the amount.

I know some places can be iffy and rather return/replace which seemed like hassle for such a small issue.

Really really happy with the customer service! Would definitely use again, even if delivery times take a little while

First time ordering from infinity motorcycles,
Ordered a ls2 helmet boho xl size. Delivery was fast and the helmet was packed very well. This is my first helmet and I'm super happy with it. I will be ordering again from infinity motorcycles.

Me and my friend went to the York store today to pick up my new helmet and coms fantastic expense with all the staff would recommend this store. Keep up the good work i will be returning to spend my vouchers.

Ordered a new HJC helmet on Wednesday it did say delivery on Sunday however i called on Friday and was told it would arrive on Saturday, sure enough it turned up at lunchtime on Saturday and what a great product and one of the best prices i found.
Many thanks will definitely use again

Don't make your dreadful logistics the customers problem.

6 items ordered all arrived in separate deliveries scattered over 10 days. With multiple delivery text that proved to be wrong.

Returns equal in unreliability and general hopelessness.

Great customer service. Ordered my boots on a Thursday, had a phone call from the distribution guys on Friday morning, querying my address as it's a new build. Boots arrived on the Saturday. Many companies could learn a thing or two from these guys. I recommend them to everyone I talk to about gear.

Visited Glasgow branch today with my daughter. She was looking for advise on which gear she needs to get her CBT. We were greeted by great friendly staff. Luke Was super knowledgeable and explained a lot to my daughter about what she needs and the best body armour together. Will definitely be back soon to get her kitted out

When I started my biking journey, you were the only company I used, then we had issues with orders, long delays and zero communication. I stopped using you and found Sportsbikeshop.

Then I came back and tried again. We were good for a few orders, Then we had an issue, the first customer service person was brilliant (tried and was helpful) and then you get someone else who replies and you can tell they just don't care, didn't read previous messages and sends a reply that knocks everything back to square one.

So again, im returning my helmet and I've just ordered a different size from you guessed it... Sportsbikeshop...

Call the York branch last week to check if they had a certain helmet in a small Chris the manager confirmed it for me. I also enquired about an Alpinstars suit I was a little uncertain on fit so Chris ordered in 2 sizes for me.

2 days later I visited the branch and James was so helpful with the fit of the leathers and his advice was excellent a very professional attitude and his knowledge is impeccable when making a decision on sizing. I also dealt with Dylan for my helmet purchase who’s knowledge on helmets and clothing is very in-depth and attention to detail is second to none.
I have often purchased from Infinity York and will continue to do so for many years to come.
I always recommend this branch to all my friends and colleagues.

I called the infinity store in Stevenage and spoke to Cameron he was knowledgeable, helpful and really friendly, I will definitely be visiting the store to get my next pair of boots.

I visited the York branch today. Looking for a helmet and jacket. I was helped by a pleasant young man, Dylan, who despite his age was very knowledgeable on the products in store. A big thank you to him, and I got a good deal on the helmet and jacket to boot.

As soon as I entered, she greeted me with a warm smile and quickly understood I was overwhelmed by all the options. She asked about my budget and guided me with genuine, expert advice. Even though I acted like a complete beginner, her professionalism and product knowledge really stood out. I came all the way from Tunbridge Wells and left with exactly what I needed.
