Robert came to my home was lovely to deal with on the phone before hand and friendly/ chatty when he got hear fixed my problem perfectly

Wrong parts smashed parts now having to take a further morning off to get something sorted that should have been done in 1 visit

Very unprofessional service.
I was waiting the engineer to come to finally fix my washing machine and he didn’t. No one has notified me about this. I was waiting all day at home And this happened twice. I took days off at work for nothing.

Fabulous service. Called on thursday afternoon and a engineer was with us Saturday morning and completed the job.

The repair booking process and speed of repair etc was great however the engineer we had visit has visited us for different appliances over the last 3 years and every time we have found him to be extremely rude and has on one occasion left our gas oven in a dangerous state.

I purchased the pitched product for hard water for £16.99 when undergoing a repair on my washing machine whilst I was heavily pregnant and very unwell. The engineer didn't have any of the product in his van but I was never sent anything and haven't been able to get proper assitance from the company at all. They are of the impression that I was given it on the visit and have don't nothing to verify this with the engineer, Martin who I'm sure would remember me due to my circumstances.

From first call to the engineer arriving to fix our dryer the customer service was exceptional. Professional and helpful. Our dryer is excellent and dries the clothes quickly and is not hard on them. Very happy with our product and customer service

I had an issue with the fan in the oven. It was still under warranty. I called the support line - got through in less than 2 minutes. The engineer arrived at 8am next day and replaced the fan and motor. He was in and out in 30 minutes

Expensive service (€170 for call outs after a year) but quick response.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.
They are quick to take your money upfront whilst running through a script to try and up-sell every conceivable extra. 1 week wait for an appointment, 5 min technician visit, couldn't repair, 1 more week to get parts, Technician visited & ordered wrong parts, another weeks wait to get correct parts. Requested refund as the technician was incompetent and ordered the wrong parts but only offered a partial refund. In the meantime AO can deliver next day for £50 more than the repair. Don't waste your money, pay a bit more and get a new appliance. Customer service is appalling as you cannot speak to anyone unless you are a new customer.

Excellent service engineer was excellent

If you get a gas cooker make sure they can fit it my tiles have trim and they can’t put it on if below 750 mm from countertop so I can’t have a gas cooker

A very tiresome waste of time. 4 booked visits only 3 attended to finally been told the machine had an irreparable leak that was tripping the electrics so 4 wasted days for no gain.

Booking was hard work as the payment system only worked on my mobile if I had perfect signal and typed in codes slowly.

Visit 1 was so brief as to be absurd. He took a cursory glance and told be he had to order a part and left.

Visit 2 never came. I was called an hour after my slot to be told the van broke down.

Visit 3 tried to replace the suspected electric fault but had been ordered the wrong part by 1st visitor. Luckily he had spare and made a repair only to find the spare also didn’t work.

Visit 4 came and rather soon told me the machine actually had a leak that was tripping the internal electrics and was never reparable.

Safe to say I was severely unimpressed.

The new added kicker, is that Visit 4 tripped the fuse for our fridge too, which has now defrosted all our food - during a heatwave.

Yeah shan’t be going back

This company is a disgrace. I had multiple engineer visits to fix a duff dishwasher within the warranty period. The engineer informed me that he visited my development over and over again of new builds with the same model to fix the same issues or additional problems with the model. They wasted my time and his by insisting on fixing the issues instead of replacing the item. The pump was replaced, the circuit panel was replaced twice and still it isn’t fixed. Now the warranty has expired, they just want to charge me money to send another engineer. There are no options available that include replacing this machine. The customer service call centre is managed by managers who won’t or don’t speak to customers. They just allow minimum wages call centre staff to log your issues and then ‘ask’ the manager who says ‘no’. Are replaced parts under warranty? I am so frustrated with this. My daughter has the same dishwasher and when she first used it it used to blow the entire electrical circuit in her flat. Now hers isn’t working either. Don’t buy products from this company or expect them to fix your issues as they won’t. What an amazing way to run a company.

UPDATE in response to your reply

The engineer did deem the appliance faulty, but was told to fix another circuit board within the warranty period, which hasn’t fixed the issue. You didn’t address my question about the warranty on parts. As this repair was carried out during the warranty period, with that being compromised by the engineer cancellation of one, this hasn’t been resolved. Any decent company that cared about people rather than cost, would call to discuss this.

Arrived as per agreed. Job done very efficiently. Happy with the service.

Appalling. Arranged service contract for gas cooker to fix fault. They cancelled on the day of first visit. Second visit the sent an electrical guy who couldn’t fix gas. Tried calling and they are always busy and I get bumped off the phone. Tried web chat and they keep asking me my name and model number every 10 minutes and the chat never progresses. Need to cancel this policy asap somehow. Absolutely disgraceful
