Carwash looked brilliant and being able to pay via QR code in the queue was great. After paying I was approached by a young member of staff and told I couldn't use the car wash as we had a roof rack. I have never taken my roof rack off for a car wash including others operated by IMO. I told him there was no mention of this restriction on the website and or signage at the carwash and he shrugged and told me the company was "pretty rubbish". I asked if the manager was available and he said the manager never showed up and was also pretty rubbish. All in all a very poor experience from a company I have used countless times (first time at this branch - St Austell). No clarity and awful comms.

Staff are polite and friendly,however, at times there is too much of a particular member of staff being on his phone within the office area,when there are cars waiting.
By this I mean, on a quite a few occasions, we've had to wait over 5 minutes for him to get off his phone from texting,not phone calls.
Also, the same said individual does not clean the rear of the car with the brush property!
It's just a quick sweep over,whilst ignoring the under part of the top little lip/spoiler of the rear window! That part NEVER gets cleaned properly.
The individual in question,is of a slightly robust build and of a shorter statue,with dark hair.
