Great car cleaning today. As a dog walker my car definitely wasn't the cleanest and actually one of the buttons had got stuck plus dog hair etc.

Charged a bit more to clean my car which was expected and completely fair and now it looks brand new. Thank you so much.

The guys washing our car were friendly and professional, the price for such a high quality wash including materials was reasonable and now our car is gleaming like new!

Just visited Norwich. Have been using this wash for years and always been really pleased. Pre purchased in the app, then when I went with the voucher a pop up offer came up and the man scanned that instead. Then tried to charge me extra for a different wash. Was very rude when I explained I didn't want that one, I wanted the one I had paid for. His English wasn't good, so I was struggling to understand what he was trying to say to me. Then, the pre wash man shouted at me. Again, I couldn't fathom what he was trying to communicate and he opened my car door and yelled at me. I'm sorry, but I'm not paying for such abusive service. I will never return as they left me feeling very upset. When did customer service like this become acceptable? Going to use the chaps in the mall as at least they are polite and kind.

The guys working there were brilliant! There were several things not working in the carwash tho. None of the indicator lights showing the wash you purchased light up so you don't know if you've gotten what you paid for. Also the last action is the wash is the rotating chamois strips. They were completely not there. This, I feel is a very important step as the blower does not remove all the water. I had water spots all over my windows. Works but needs to be repaired.

This service offers a great selection of treatments for your car, there's never a long wait and extra facilities (vacuums etc) are available on location. Prices are also very fair and the pay-in-advance facility is extremely useful, while also earning a small discount.

Electronic payment was straightforward.
The car was steered smoothly through.
The drying left many spots on the windscreen.

The 3 Foam Wash was amazing - it made my car look like I had just walked out of the showroom.
The issue was that this was the first time I used the app - it was meant to offer a discount and this was not showing. When I presented the QR code at the car wash, I was told bluntly that the machine would not accept it. I then had to spend five uncomfortable minutes figuring it out myself why the code wouldn’t work (I have a screen protector on my phone that sometime obscures scanning machines). Meanwhile I had an impatient assistant not offering suggestions and then was given gruff instructions by the staff as I drove into position. I guess one can’t expect 5 star customer service at a car wash - so will accept the fact the machine was fantastic, the car was gleaming and will ignore the attitude of the staff.

I didn’t get a reward stamp.
I paid for the eco plus wash and was disappointed with the cleaning process as my van still had dirt on it. I can understand that not everything will get wiped away but this was a considerable amount of dirt left

I visited the IMO in Norwich on Saturday morning as I had a voucher for a rain guard wash. Due to having no signal I was unable to download the coupon so paid £13.50 for the next level up. I have to say I was very disappointed. The only parts which came out clean were the roof, bonnet,
and the some of the side, the rear window wasn’t touched the number plate was clean but nothing around it the wheels clean only on the front face, both door mirrors were dirty, a complete waste of money and I still have a voucher to use‼️ it costs less at the hand car wash and imo a far better clean.
