bad manners poor service all round, operator moved a customer car with wheels spinning burning rubber, i would never leave a car for valeting at this imo in chesterfield

The staff at this place is a disgrace. The guy i dealt with last time was rude and unhelpful. He spoke to me like i was a bit of crap on his shoe. Will definitely not go back here

Road resurfacing left my car covered in dust ....
Having washed my car earlier in the week (at IMO), I was disappointed to find adjacent road resurfacing had left all the cars in my road covered in thick dust. I booked another wash at IMO and at the next opportunity, drove down there. There was no queue, my QR code was scanned by the operator, and through the carwash we went. Great result as always.

closed before the stated closing time, not for the first time either
Been emailed asking to provide a review when I haven’t even been able to use the wash yet because the location closed 2 hours early. purchased a wash online and headed to the car wash after work, got there at 17:00 and it was closed (meant to be open until 18:30) so haven’t even used the wash yet. Maybe wait until wash vouchers have been scanned before asking for a review 😂

The car wash turned off half way through and I was pipping my horn for a while before someone came to look at it. It then felt like it hadn’t washed it properly or dried it properly

Scratched paint!!!!
My car body work on the front and sides and on top of the bonnet is all scratched. I’m extremely disappointed. I will now have to asses how to go about fixing these scratches.
