My husband took his car in for a £5 external wash. After an ineffective prewash and prior to going into the car wash he was told by the operator to not come back again as his car was too dirty!

Not happy Car not clean and not dry
I wasn't impressed with the guy who did the prewash before going through the car wash he just gave it a quick spray it was pathetic. Then when the wash was done the drying machine wasn't working as it should have been, it stayed up instead of coming down and following the shape of the car . When I got home I checked the car it was wet through and the wheels were dirty. A total disaster.

Dirty cars and bad service
The car wash is quite possibly the worst and over priced scam you could pay for just don’t and the customer service is literally non existent! The car wash I paid was £18 and the car came out no cleaner. The windows were still dirty, the car still had dirt marks on it and dust! The guy when I asked him didn’t bother getting off his phone and just wiped it with a cloth and said ok bye and walked away! Save ya money and go to a local hand car wash these are crap!
