I ordered this fire from this company because of the positive reviews, I very quickly received a notification that it'd been dispatched, however the courier company when making the delivery only delivered the bio ethanol fuel and not the actual fire, they stated that the fire hadn't been received at their depot, but the company had dispatched the 2 items. Brenda from ImaginFires spoke with them, ascertained to me that should they not have located the fire at the depot within 48 hours, they will issue me with a replacement. I received an email from Brenda this morning at 7.30 am to say that the fire had been located and dispatched, and it was delivered to me today. I cannot fault the customer service from this company, and in particular Brenda who went above and beyond. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Great product and super after sales service
Fire arrived much earlier than expected. Beautiful quality ethanol fire at a great price. Bought the logs to with it, which unfortunately we're damaged in transit. Contacted imaginfires, they answered quickly, apologised and after sending photos they immediately sent out replacements. Very impressed.

Great products and great service - shame about the delivery company.
We had problems with delivery. The shipping company were very poor. But Imaginfires dealt with it very well. They were very quick in dealing with their side of it. If only delivery had worked out as it should have, we would have been super-impressed.

I have just purchased a Howarth bioenthanol fire, flue and 2 ceramic log sets.
I received excellent delivery service. The fire arrived within 2 days of ordering online. Along with 12 bottles of free fuel. It was extremely easy to unpack and assemble.
I absolutely love the look of the fire, it is very good quality and extremely sturdy and it gives off adequate heat for my through lounge.
I would like to thank Brenda for her fantastic customer service, she answered my emails the same day and sorted out a problem for me on the same day too.
I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again.

First of all I forgot to add the free biofuel option but the excellent customer services added them for me no problem, the delivery was super quick and when I unpacked it the fire
was brilliant, pretty much ready to use straight from the box, gives out more heat than I expected and looks great, I would definitely recommend imaginfires.
