Absolutely love this fire
Oh my goodness, why didn’t I buy this fire before? Yes the fuel can be a little bit expensive but it really does heat up my conservatory, they are addicted to it and probably need to use it slightly less. I’m looking forward to having it on over Christmas and impressing all my visitors, people that I’ve seen it so far I’ve already bought it I believe as well.

Part of my order did not arrive
Part of my order did not arrive. When I contacted ImaginFires I was told it was out of stock, despite showing as in stock when I ordered.
The item was not due back in until 3 months time, but if I hadn't contacted customer support I would not have been told this at all.
Edit: Full refund received for the logs before posting this review. I should have included that

Very impressed
I live in Orkney which is a veeeeery long way from Imaginfires in London, but my Breedon stove arrived in 4 days. Fantastically well packed in plywood, 10 minutes to set up and quite hypnotically beautiful to watch. I was a bit worried about the slightly unpleasant smell, but that seems to be just the stove paint hardening and disappeared after a few days. We've always had multifuel stoves, but I'm genuinely impressed by my new fire. So much less work than a woodburner but still with that lovely cosy feeling.

Thank you so much for this detailed and glowing review! We are delighted to hear that despite the distance to Orkney, your Bredon stove arrived safely and quickly.
We appreciate you sharing your experience with the initial smell from the fire, it is just the fuel box bedding in.
We completely agree—getting that 'lovely cosy feeling' with so much less work than a multi-fuel stove is exactly the experience we aim to provide. Enjoy the beautiful flame effect, and thank you for choosing Imaginfires!"
