IK Multimedia is awesome with the vsts and customer service is off the charts they work with you and help however they can I love sampletank 4 but all their products are you can’t go wrong with them

Bravo Ik Multimédia - Tonex One
Je connaissais déjà cette marque, j’ai possédé le Tonex pédale que j’ai revendu bien trop vite, sans prendre le temps de procéder aux nombreux réglages et gouter aux énormes possibilités de la pédale. Ce n’est pas du plug an play, il faut vraiment entrer dans les paramètres et étudier le manuel pour arriver à obtenir un son à son gout.
Là j’ai pris le temps de bien comprendre la philosophie du constructeur, j’ai lu le manuel car la prise en main est un peu compliqué pour un novice, que je ne suis pas, puisque j’ai possédé beaucoup de pédale et multi-effets, mais elle ne sont pas toutes configurées avec les mêmes paramètres.
Cette minuscule pédale fait vraiment le Taffff….. bravo à IK-Multimédia pour cette réalisation faire entrer autant de choix de paramètres dans un si petit format c’est déjà un exploit, et en plus la qualité des sons est vraiment parfaite, même si c’est un peu fastidieux à prendre en main, ça vaut vraiment l’investissement.
Pas de latence en changeant de preset, via le logiciel Tonex. Edition des amplis, pédales et effets ou téléchargement, via Tonex Editor
ça sonne terrible et c'est bluffant. La réactivité au potard de volume des différentes guitares est incroyable. Petite chose étonnante, la pédale n'est pas gourmande au niveau consommation, on peut même l'alimenter en USB-C, Placée correctement dans un Pédalboard, ça fait des miracles. La qualité audio est extraordinaire sur une sono.
Le service en ligne IK-Multimédia est vraiment très réactif, contacté par mail, j’avais des PB de connexions et d'accès à mon compte, ils m’ont répondus dans la journée et le problème à été résolu

Tonex Pedal Serial Number
I had some issues with my second-hand gear (Tonex pedal) that I bought at Guitar Center in Orlando during my vacation. Luckily, the IK technician support team did a great job helping me resolve the problem.

Thrilled with IK
I bought an old product from guitar Center and couldn’t use it, studio max 2. I reached out to IK and they told me they would reimburse me And upgrade me to studio max 4 at no cost. They were very friendly and got everything figured out within a few days quick responses and I love the new studio Max 4 it’s awesome!

iRigMic HD with new iPad
Bought a iRigMic HD 10 years ago. Now it did not work anymore together with the new iPad. But support told me, that the problem is in the Lightning-USB-C adapter and suggested a new cable. Bought the cable ... problem solved.
Fantastic Support Team
I had a problem with activating a Plugin. For some reason it was not running correctly after downloading it. Only in demo mode.
I contacted the Support Team to explain my Problem. The answer came almost right away. After a couple of questions they where asking me to solve the problem they fixed it step by step emediatley in no time. Thanx a lot for this. Now everything is working just Fine.

After a software update, some of my modules were blocked. I therefore contacted the support team. It took a little longer than expected. But the support team solved my problem completely. I am very satisfied.

I had a major issue with Amplitude 5...
I had a major issue with Amplitude 5 MAX while i was playing so i emailed the support. In a few minuets i got an answer but in the same time i experienced another issues so now i had 2 problems. I emailed again they guys (Sebastian) and in a few minuets a solution was suggested. I followed the troubleshooting procedure and in a ''wink of an eye'' i could see all my gear again . Thanks a mil for the support guys , thanks a lot Sebastian!!
