Happy with the item, quick and free delivery
They had a fairly easy site to negotiate, that was simply laid out, which made it easy for me to purchase quickly, as I was short on time. The free delivery was a bonus!

Brilliant!
I recently purchased a Nomination Charm from Identity Online. I received this through the post within 3 days, it was wrapped in Nomination tissue and included Nom gift box and seal. I highly recommend Identity online to everyone! I certainly will be using this website for any future purchases, it's just so easy to use and equally priced to any other charms with free P&P.

Lack of update with the order
Although I feel Identity offer good quality products and amazing deals I've had problems with actually receiving my order.
I ordered over a week ago, in all the emails there is no indication of how long my order will be or reasons for the delay, The only information I can find is on the website which says 2-5 days delivery, I have had no apology for the delay or reasons, only emails saying it's being processed a day after I ordered and an email asking how I rate the service. If I was informed I would be more understanding as it's near Christmas but other websites I have ordered from have been fine. This is a present which I need asap, I'm unsure if the product will actually fit so would have liked the time to receive and decided if it is suitable and have enough time to send it back and order another, however with it not being here and the lack of information it's leaving me with less time to sort out the issue if there is one. I feel this is unacceptable and not a good experience.

Hello Karen,
Thank you very much for voicing your concerns with our Christmas delivery. Due to the volume of daily orders, we are processing each customer as quickly as we can. Whilst this should not be an excuse, I hope that you may understand (with special note of all our other genuine testimonials) that we usually offer a very good hands on and communicative service and experience.
At the same time, we are also currently upgrading our systems so that the stock levels shown online are under even stricter control than at present. These new controls are now inplace ahead of Christmas, and so we hope not to disappoint anyone else before the big day!
