Item didn't arrive and haven't received the refund they offered
The watch I bought never arrived because FedEx lost it, I understand it's not Dezeen's fault and they offered me a complete refund so until here everything was ok, the communication with their customer service was good (beside the fact that FedEx lost my watch). But three weeks ago the communication stopped and I haven't received my money back. They no longer answer my emails. I paid it using PayPal so my case is under investigation by them, my hope is that PayPal can get my money back.

Disappointing and Hassle to Return
The Watch Store has a seemingly nice and well-photographed selection of merchandise.
The watch I purchased was disappointing in person, and for geographical reasons, I would not purchase from Dezeen again as the international return shipping and refund has been a headache. Furthermore, they have an extremely strict return policy that includes that the watch must never had been *tried on*.

The clock doesn't work
The clock doesn't work. Aark's team is trying to resolve the problem, but it's not easy because they are in australia and It take me too much time for this thing.
I hope I'll receive another clock.

Foreign purchase - price surprise
They were unable to answer my question about applicable duties outside the country and I ended up spending more than I expected or wanted. The watch is fine, but not worth the amount I paid, I don't think.

The ordering process was simple & my watch (delivered to a regional location in Australia) arrived in less than a week! A lot of people have commented on how smart the watch looks & that they haven't seen one like it before - so boxes ticked all round.
