Even when the order was slightly incorrect i spoke to them straight and without any hesitation corrected it and new items were despatched and arrived 2 days later.

i definitely be using ID&C again not just for their customer service but great value too and range of products.

First and foremost, I was beyond satisfied with the final product. The badges were beautiful and looked professional. We even heard multiple attendees mention that they were planning to hold onto theirs as a souvenir.

Now for the disappointing part. Our badges did not arrive until halfway through event week, even after we paid extra to ensure they would arrive at least 3 days ahead of time. Most attendees get checked in on the first day at our opening night party, and our entire week was planned around attendees using these badges for access to events at various locations around the city. So we had to scramble to order plastic ID badge holders from Amazon and print off paper badges at a local FedEx, which 1) cost us extra money on an already tight budget and 2) hindered the overall event experience as the temporary badges looked low-quality and we were then having to inform attendees to trade in their temporary badges for the permanent badges all week at different events.

I understand shipping delays can happen, but I left multiple voicemails to try and get a better idea of ship time and/or confirm the badges had indeed been shipped. My calls were never picked up and my voicemails were never returned. I did a lot of research before selecting ID&C and really liked their rush badge option, as most of our attendees tend to procrastinate and purchase late in the game so being able to order as close to the date as possible was a big selling point. Again, I know unexpected delays happen — I just wish there had been communication from ID&C so I could have prepared the back-up option sooner, or even ordered sooner.

Incredibly disappointed by the service we received from this company. We ordered our wristbands in plenty of time and within ideal dispatch dates for our event. I rang for an update a day after delivery was due to find out that the production of our bands had not even begun and that the new dispatch date (which hadn’t been communicated to me) was now scheduled for after our event leaving me with no time to arrange an alternative. I have since requested a refund and an explanation of what went wrong but have received no communication. We will not be using this company again and would advise others to do the same.

The online process was fairly straight forward once we could figure out what lanyard our client wanted and the specific features. Quality was decent. Not exceptional print reproduction but it is limited with the dye sublimation process. Simple art is better.

Email updates and order information were good. We did have an issue with a previous order with the Chinese New Year and production times. So we had to go elsewhere.

We did get this order delivered on time and clients were happy.

The price, quality, and shipping were top notch. I would give 5/5 for that alone.
The reason I gave 4/5 is because there is no way to duplicate a design in the cart. I needed 4 different badges, all of the same design with only the text changed. Having to reupload the image and center it to match the previous badge, just to change the bottom text. The site says a design can be duplicated but I could not find a way to do it.
We will 100% be return customers for next year!

Placed the initial order (#2200033112) was provided a tracking number. The order was changed to "delivered" by UPS, We never received the order and I initiated an investigation with UPS. I then requested a refund for the order and was contacted by Customer Service Rep. Marcy Butler on March 26, 2024, who asked if we wanted to have the order reproduced. I replied that I did and asked if the order could be expedited as we have several high profile events coming up. As of today's date, April 9th, 2024, I have not received a response and we have still not received the initial order. I have again requested that the order be refunded but again, I have not received any response from ID&C.

Ordered 50 eco matt lam doubled sided event badges for lanyards. Pleased with the printing quality of my design. Looked great and the client loved them. Spoke to customer service after i ordered to check it was received. Pleasent and helpful lady. Would use this company again.

The service I received from ID&C was excellent. They emailed me to make sure the design I wanted was correctly spaced along the wristbands and lanyards.
The items when they arrived I found to be of great quality.
I will definitely use ID&C in the future and highly recommend them.

Ordered lanyards for our high school hockey team. Ordering was super easy and when I reached out with concern I may not have them in time. The person I spoke to ensured me that it would be ready and I actually received them 2 days early. Would definitely order again and recommend to others!

This company is amazing. I was able to design completely custom conference badges and lanyards to my exact specifications thanks to great templates from ID&C, excellent feedback from Bear (a phenomenal designer at ID&C), and speedy production and shipping. The badges came back perfectly printed and beautiful on the first try. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough.

The quality of the lanyard is fantastic and arrived at the date they said they were going to. Their design team helped me layout exactly what our company needed. I would definitely reccomemnd them moving forward. I know I will be using them in the future!
