I have to say I was a bit sceptical after reading some earlier reviews of this company but I decided to take a chance and couldn’t be happier . I ordered online on Sunday, received a confirmation email on Monday and received my order today, Wednesday. Everything I ordered is in the box and well packaged. Thank you so much Iced Inspirations!
I placed an order worth nearly £50 on June 9, 2025, shipping to Denmark. At first, I got some replies explaining delays and a tracking number. Then they claimed the parcel was stuck in customs in Italy - a claim I have no way to verify and have never seen any proof of.
Since making that excuse in early July, they have done absolutely nothing to solve the problem. No follow-up, no attempts to resend or refund, and now they are ignoring my emails entirely.
To make matters worse, they have marked my order as “complete” on their website, which is blatantly false since I have never received the products. This feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid responsibility and give a false impression to customers.
I’ve been more than patient and reasonable, but this company is showing no respect for customers or basic consumer rights. They are lying, misleading, and disappearing when problems arise.
I’ve now formally requested a refund or replacement. If they continue to ignore me, I will escalate through a chargeback, consumer protection agencies, and public reviews.
Avoid Iced Inspirations if you value honesty, communication, and receiving what you pay for.

Honestly up there with the worst customer service. Delayed and then no reply to emails. State my parcel was shipped but I’ve seen no proof of it/no parcel has arrived. I am now having to claim the money back from my bank as no refund given, even though I requested one well over 10days ago (i ordered items mid May…it’s now mid June).
I’ve received my third delivery from Iced Inspirations and I’m very pleased I’ve found them online. With my previous purchase I decided to try Callebaut Ruby chocolate and I had to order more for my birthday cake. OMG, it has a sweet/sour taste and it will be perfect for my raspberry cake. Very pleased to see they’ve got the Strawberry flavour back in stock and I’ve tried that one as well. I will definitely buy more as it’s amazing. Thank you!
I have had fabulous service using this company over the years buying a variety of cake topppers and decorations. They have an excellent range of products at unbeatable prices but unfortunately couldn't fulfil all of my last order before Christmas letting me know they would refund me the difference. But am still waiting to be credited now in January for the 3 out of stock resin Xmas tree cake toppers after sending numerous emails and messages on their website which is a shame after the first rate communication at beginning. Let's hope I receive some updates soon one way or another as would be a shame to avoid company in future as overall the quality of stock is brilliant.
In these times of having to stay safe and at home finding such a friendly and prompt service from a local business has been great. The Chocolate Fudge Brownie mixture and some other stuff was delivered to my door.
