Waited in all day as I had a appointment between 8:00am and 5pm didn't turn up so I phoned at 16:45 to be told the guy won't be arriving and there rebook between 8am and 4pm useless company. And if he's anything like the last contractor that came out and he said he couldn't do the job so had to re-book another Guy that could do it . So another time wasted . Shouldn't even have a contract. So expecting Frank Spencer on behalf of Ian Williams...

I have no idea how this company stays in business and keeps getting contract work. From turning up and doing below average work to just not turning up at all or turning up and sending inadequate people who can’t do the job. Shame On you Ian Williams! your customer service sucks!!!

Been waiting 7 months for repairs through Longhurst HA. (I pay my full rent). Ian Williams are absolute rubbish. Rubbish communication, rubbish repairs. Rubbish attitude towards social housing tenants. Hopefully, Longhurst HA will sack off these incompetent oafs. Cancel at last minute. Arrange repairs but don’t inform the tenant, stating they’re being “efficient” by turning up and then claiming they couldn’t get access. I could go on and on. Today is my birthday, a big birthday too and instead of celebrating with family, I’ve sat in this property for a 4 hour window because the toilet is spewing out god knows what! 10-2. Now it’s up to 6pm because Ian Williams have subcontracted some company to come instead. Absolute melts. You just can’t make this up. Empty property a few doors away and they manage to turn up there everyday while ignoring other tenants, who have also had to resort to raising formal complaints, even then this Williams outfit don’t get the hint! Should be -5 stars.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE USELESS PEOPLE THEY CAUSE MORE ISSUES THEN THEY SOLVE!!!

They were subcontracted for my council to put in a new wet room floor fix tiles and fit water trap, I am disabled with Arachnoiditis and I suffer with incontinence, my bathroom is a must, I was promised it would take no longer than 2 days this was a complete lie 5 days in counting and it's still not completed they stuck bathroom tiles to plaster board in a wet room the bathroom isn't sealed correctly and they left loads of mess they have stained my hall carpet, the bathroom floor is flat as a pancake no slope they chipped all the paint in a newly decorated bathroom and theft it full of dust I'm terrified in ehst they will leave it like next the only reason they have started to do things is cos I complained to much, but I feel my once a lovely home is now a place I hate all cos of these cowboys

Worst contractors ever
Appointment was made on Friday for Monday between 10-2. Monday 11am I get an update saying the appointment has been successful. No one came out. I got through for them to tell me they were gonna ring me back to book an appt? I said I already had one and the lady said they will call me back and basically book one in? Absolute joke! Completely unprofessional! Complete liars and untrustworthy people. Don’t know what’s up with Stonewater and why they’re using their useless services. These contractors need shutting down.

No one turned up
No contact to say they weren't arrive
The whole system was 6 year's out of date
Fire and security system
6 year's out of date
Totally dangerous

Cancelled my appointment for the 3rd time !!! Continually phoning to chase them up as they don’t follow up with any appointments appalling service NO DUTY OF CARE for a vulnerable adult with a chronic lung condition waiting 3 months for a work top replacement due to a recent leak from boiler black mould and fungus

Poor quality work, left property unsafe.
Terrible communications.
Two men attended to complete task, spent most of the time bad mouthing the very company they work for followed up by not finishing the job they started in order to attend another job.
Disgusted, unfortunately Accent only use this contractor so I am somewhat snookered. It’s only been a week of not having a fully functioning kitchen! Maybe these people would like to put themselves through the same treatment they put others through.
Just cancelled for the 6th time stating too late to start the job, considering they made the appointment for 8am find that hard to believe. So in essence I have lost 6 days pay to home for a no show, phoned office and been fobbed of with varying excuses like no materials to do the job, no floor fitter available and anything else they can think of.
I even suggested sub contracting if the work load is too much, stop taking money and not completing tasks allocated and paid gor!

We reported to waverley borough council about our shower floor ian william private contractors where useless from start to finish kept delaying coming out etc they finished on the 24th july but still delaying putting our shower doors back on this has caused stress

Disgusting bad work men low skilled untrusted cant leave them alone and they bodge the work accent housing only use these ...why ...oh yeah they have a 1 * aswel these f ers should be ashamed and need shutting down disgusting

Repainted the complex I live in in October. The paint is already coming off the windowsills 7 months later. Excuse was previous manager didn't know what they were doing. Work done didn't remotely match the surveyors report.

Again I am in the zero star camp. Consistently dire experiences with this organisation. Unfortunately we have to use these clowns for our repairs at work and they are absolutely awful. Missed appointments, poor standards of work and zero customer service to put anything right.

They let me down so many times, they can deliver services I will ask every one please do not use Ian joker Scamer, no star

I wish I could give them 0 stars how did they get this job and why is this company still around they don't even complete the work properly or they make things worst than they were before something doesn't seem right.

I had reported an issue back in January had the company cane out 9times and this issue still hasnt been resolved i was verbally abused by the person who drive the car above the company know that this issue is a safety hazard and my kids can fall thru the drain at anytime yet again dont want to resolve the issue

I didn't want to give them any stars but yet wouldn’t let me leave a review if i didn't.
Bloody awful company and feel sorry for a few of the good ones who do work for them.
I’m self employed and lost so much money this year through having to take days off and then them not bothering to turn up. Or not making promised calls on route to job. Then walking to door then turning round and going straight back to the van.
Caught on camera many times.
They have every excuse going and it’s like talking to robots when calling customer services. Promised calls from higher up and they don’t come. They don’t give a Toss about the disruption in our lives and lost wages about not turning up, or cancelling jobs without telling you.
Despite giving detail description and pictures of what’s wrong. They never carry any parts and waste more time going away to local builders merchants which seems to take 45mins despite being 5 mins max away.
1 job I’ve had seen too 3 times and still not right. They ruined a newly laid carpet. But apparently not their problem.

I wish I stayed living with vivid now makes me want to not live in a property that Ian Williams deals with the maintenance.

Painters well exterior painting in feb it’s raining, cold below 0 temp. Within 5 minutes of turning up they scraped som loose paint off then slapping masonry paint on.
I made my way back after seeing this on camera. Asking if they had filled the cracking, annd temp too cold annd damp to be doing that etc.
Tried to spill some bullsh#t. Not realising my trade is actually painting and decorating.

Leaving a review today as had enough of someone yet again not turning up today. Now apparently rebooked for tomorrow.

Worst contractors ever. Never turn up for any appointments, never call before hand, if they do call its to reschedule. Botch jobs or never fixed. Time wasters and cowboys

1 star because I couldn't give lower. 3 no shows/failure to attend appointment s to do re wiring. Wouldn't ring to say that they couldn't make it. Not a company to rely on.
