Fast delivery. used the mower yesterday for the first time found it is a good machine the only problem is that one front wheel gard was missing .

Works great straight out of the box, great vids to help if not sure about setting it up safely, it came on time very helpful delivery men,what more could you hope for.

Easy to use equipment. Had a fault with the strimmer and after speaking to the customer service dept they it replaced within 48 hours.
Such a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service. Battery dies quickly with long 100mm grass. Lots of recharging and dropping cutting levels down from 5 to 3. Fine once you got grass to the height you want. Does spill cuttings out unlike my other 2 cordless mowers.

Delighted with lawnmower used for first time yesterday - very east to assemble. We have a large undulating garden and it was wet when I cut the lawn (it was desperate for a cut and forecast for rest of week was poor) but it coped effortlessly! Really pleased.

Received my chainsaw today which was 2 days early. Great service and item is excellent.
Will recommend to friends etc.

I ordered a Hyundai 32cm Corded Electric 1000w/230v Lawnmower HYM3200E at a good price and was delivered the following day. Easy to order and excellent service.
Really easy to assemble and perfect for my small lawn.

Ordered a Hyundai HYM430SPE lawnmower at a great price that was delivered the following morning. Excellent service all round.
Have assembled and just waiting for battery to charge before first use. Some excellent feature on the mower and really pleased.

Overall I wouldn’t recommend this mower. Easy enough to put together. Have used it a few times now since purchase and it hasn’t lived up to my expectations unfortunately.

I have found that the mower struggles with longer grass (2-3”) unless you have it on the highest setting (5). You’re unable to cut any lower unless you go down an increment at a time (e.g. if you cut it on 5 and then try to go down to a 2, the mower struggles and doesn’t collect all of the grass). This will take getting used to and may just mean having to go over the bits where the grass has been dropped.

That said, my next gripe would be the battery capability. The battery life doesn’t quite cover doing the whole of my garden, which I’d class as small-medium in size. Couple that with having to go over parts of the lawn where the grass has been dropped and you’re looking at two charges to finish the job.

I’ll persevere with this mower and hopefully get used to its ‘quirks’, but I can’t help regret not paying the extra £50-100 for one of the superior competitors.

I received’ my new today(01092023) after unpacking the mower HYM480SPER),I was impressed at once at the quality of the build! .It was very easy to assemble,and after 6 hours to charge the mower, I mowed my lawn! Wow what a lovely job it did lovely strips I am well pleased.
