I ordered heated gloves well before Xmas, They came well after and were not what I ordered. I sent photos to show they'd sent the wrong items. They said they could refund up to 30% and no more and would only refund 100% if I sent them back to China (the website makes it look UK based!) despite the website return policy stating "If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason." I have sent this but they are now not responding. Incredibly poor service and products. I doubt I'll get any money back and the gloves are useless, not even comfortable.

The worst ever!! Do not buy from this company!! The products are terrible and they do not fit properly or work properly!! And they do not give refunds and want you to pay postage to China to get a refund!! Customer service is appalling too!! Avoid at all costs!!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Heated gloves are useless and only heat when plugged in. They only heat the back of your hand, not the fingers. I received what I believed to be a returned pair and when I asked for a refund I kept getting fobbed off with discounts of 10, 15,20,25,30.35 and 40%. They wore me down, I eventually accepted 40% discount but the gloves are useless and will go in the bin. They seem reluctant to actually answer emails. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. (I’m not holding my breath that will actually get the discount),

Dreadful, simply dreadful, but more importantly, they are extremely dangerous. The gloves burnt my husband hands when he tried to use them. I am aiming to get a refund but they simply offered me 15% refund, the 20% refund, then 25% refund - we have reached 30% at the moment. I want 100%. Under no circumstances, buy this product. Cath

These gloves are NOT rechargeable! Only heat when plugged in to power. USELESS PRODUCT. No ON/OFF facility. Returns/Refunds offered on website are NOT available. Company offered 15%, then 20%, then 25% then 30% for no return but never stated a return address. Gave up. Basically a SCAM. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!

I wish I read these reviews before I placed an order. I have waited a month for the gloves to be delivered before I contacted the customer service. There was no update on the tracking for several days until I sent the email. Day later the tracking was updated and I get a reply from them that the gloves were delivered in the mail box. Well, they were not. I let them know and to my surprise I got to find out that supposedly the package was signed for. I have never had an issue with mail service. I doubt that it was their fault. This company is a fraud. I have never experienced such a horrible customer service. I paid for the items, never received them, they didn’t offer replacement or refund. Don’t waste your money.

The heating element was stuck in with glue on a piece of fabric - it was of such poor quality that it did not stick properly and so was loose. The gloves are not rechargeable, the element only heats when plugged in. When notified that I wanted a refund, I was told that they would only offer 15%. A scam.

Gloves are useless. No on/off and only work whilst charging. Avoid

Purchased a pair of heated gloves that the advert showed being turned on/off as desired. The gloves I got only heated up when plugged in. No instructions. Clearly shipped from abroad. No contact numbers and returns policy very lacking.
The heating element was only partial with one glove on top of the hand, and the other only on the thumb.
Utter rubbish. Stay away.
