We got my son the 7 in 1 games table for Christmas. It arrived with a damaged football pitch but HyPro were helpful and sent a replacement. A few months later, one of the arms/handles with the footballers on it broke. Again, HyPro were helpful and have sent a replacement. The customer service is excellent when you manage to get your email / webform into the customer services dept, getting the enquiry there can be tricky and I would recommend going via the webform as that worked best both times for me. The product itself is good, it's not amazing quality but it is good quality for the price and my son absolutely loves it so that's the main thing! We've had it over a year now and it's still going strong and is played with regularly so I would recommend it for kids in the 4-9/10 age bracket (older than that and the table will be too small)

Awful experience. Bought a 8 in 1 games table for my sons for Christmas from Argos and requested a replacement part literally days after the holidays. Tried to call customer services between the 2 hour window they specify on the answer phone. No response, over the subsequent three weeks. Sent an email, was asked to provide proof of purchase, and subsequently no further contact. I now have a huge table we cannot use which was not cheap. If they can't do basic customer service, even with the offer of paying for the replacement part, I'm sure you avoid. Scam company. Shame, because the product looks good.

As with other reviewers I bought £300 dumbbells from this company. They are faulty but I cannot reach the company. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls.
I have contacted trading standards.
Avoid this company!

Really good customer service ! No ribbons with my scooter , they replied straight the way and then sent some straight out! Brilliant.
Unfortunately I didn’t realise these scooters are lean to and you can’t turn the handles and so my toddler is struggling to use it :(

Giving a single star to this company is over generous. I ordered a set of Jaxjox dumbells for £300 and tried for several weeks every day to contact customer service. I got no reply via email or phone. After a few weeks I got an email reply but when I responded and requested a call to discuss the issues, they went cold again. This is a total joke and I'm afraid to say that if you ever have any faults with a product you purchase from them, you will get no support at all. Beware. I now have no choice but to follow up with trading standards.

Ordered JaxJox Dumbbell Connect, £299, didn’t arrive, looked at the tracking, said they’d been returned to seller. Nobody ever tried to deliver them and Hy-Pro completely ignored me until I raised a complaint via PayPal (the only form of payment they accept… hmmmm!). They continued to ignore me, PayPal ruled in my favour and issued a complete refund.

Of course, all of this took weeks and caused stress.

I suspect this is a company ‘selling’ goods they don’t actually have just to generate clicks on their website.

Shameful outfit. Avoid at all costs.

Great customer service! I had asked to buy some replacement arrows and the response was these couldnt ne purchased but they sent me some free of charge! Great games table, good quality!

Beth and the customer service team provided a great service when I needed help. They provided a quick first response, great communication, and they bent over backwards to resolve an issue (which I in fact caused!). On top of this the 4ft 6in snooker table is top notch and well worth the money!

I purchased a pair of Goalie gloves for my grandsons to use in our garden. One of the gloves however had a problem and was uncomfortable to wear.
I sent an Email to the company who dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. Particular thanks to Beth Bowler.

We were missing the triangle and bow and arrow from a multi sports set as we purchased second hand, after contacting via their website I received a quick response from Beth who has sent out some replacements for us. Brilliant customer service thank you

Bought a multi games table from Argos, the product itself was very high quality for the reasonable price paid. There was one issue with a piece of equipment not working, however I emailed customer service and spoke to Beth, who was fantastic in sending me a replacement of the faulty part promptly.
Highly recommended, clearly a company which cares about it's customers.

Terrible company not professional at all! The number to call is fake. Whenever you ring you can never ever get through it says 'we are getting a high number of calls goodbye'.

Faulty items received and its taking forever to get sorted out as no one to speak to. Have to keep filling in a contact form from their website and waiting for a reply each time. No proper communication. Stuck here with 2 faulty zinc flyte scooter cases and no solution!!!!! Will never buy from Zincflyte.com ever again! Ill also be leaving a bad review on truspilot

Awful company, we purchased a hoverboard that nearly burnt our whole house down. So dangerous!! It was over a year ago and they have still not done anything about it. We are being pushed from pillar to post. They packaged the wrong charger causing the fire. We are lucky to be alive. They should be ashamed of the way they are dealing with this. It is destined to go much further if they do not communicate properly with us very soon.
