I was mis-sold a digital PR campaign that promised to increase our SEO ranking via permanent backlinks while knowing perfectly well this was FALSE!

The campaign was poor, it drove no traffic or leads and more to the point it DID NOT yield a permanent DO FOLLOW BACKLINK so there was NO SEO value contrary to what I was sold.

After I originally complained they offered a pathetic £100 refund which is a long way short of the £2k we paid. I told them to stick it and never to contact me again.

I have since continued to get regular emails and even calls from various salespeople at Hurst despite my warning that if I get one more I will leave a bad review.

Surprise!!! They are incompetent and ruthless so, here I am sharing my story in the hope I can save someone else from making the same mistake!

Working with Rob at Hurst Media and, through him, with the digital team at The Times Online was a smooth and productive experience. Rob clearly understood our niche product and helped tailor the campaign to fit our budget. He and the team were supportive in creating collaterals and flexible throughout the process.

Hurst Media have helped us with our first attempts in printed national media over the last twelve months. Our account manager Sujan Jesuraja has been very helpful and informative and the wider team has been brilliant. We see Hurst as a part of our own marketing team and the results we've had in a number of publications have given a return on investment that we have never achieved elsewhere. From some hesitancy in the beginning to a huge increase in our business twelve months later I couldn't recommend Hurst Media more to help with marketing campaigns. We've agreed our next campaigns today.
