The team have always pulled through for us. Really flexible on invoicing and reporting, I'm a scatterbrain and they're really supportive pre and post bookings. When things go wrong, as things do, they're quick to own up and fix it. I always hear them out and see what distressed stock they have at good prices, great for upper funnel activations.

Great relationship over many years
As the UK marketing representatives for the island of Tobago we have built a fantastic working relationship with APL Media, specifically with Danny Pegg, and mostly working on National Geographic Traveller. The videos that were filmed are timeless and are used continuously by the Tobago Tourism Agency in its promotions of the island, whilst the Travel Geeks event we co-hosted with NatGeo was a true highlight. The readers are the perfect target market for any destination seeking discerning travellers who appreciate authenticity and a bit of adventure.

They just took the money and stopped responding. Real digital thiefs. If i had more time i would have followed legal process, but not worth it. Stay away, there is nothing real behind them, only Scam.

Waste your money then stop responding
My charity paid £1,000 for an ad in a paper after being led to believe there would be a sizeable response. But the complete opposite was true.
Not only did we get no donations and no QR scans, but our website traffic was actually less than normal.
I feel totally misled and completely embarrassed that so much of charity money was wasted this way.
I messaged them and, after one reply appearing to care, they stopped answering my emails.

Excellent communication and support from the team at APL. This was Quintadena's first time using APL and they made the process easy and straightforward.

Very friendly team, who approached us with relevant opportunities and were quick to understand and adapt to our needs. As a charity, we were also grateful to Luca and the team for helping us maximise impact and reach within a limited budget.

Disgraceful company
I used their services for the first time a month ago, when I purchased an ad campaign a UK newspaper. After publication, we noticed that the ad was generating ZERO traffic. Suspecting a technical issue, I tried to contact APL media, and that's when the nightmare began. It took me 3 weeks of chasing over email and phone to get them to admit that there was some technical issue with the banners. However, when we submitted the material, they confirmed in writing that everything was in order. When I pointed that out, they stopped answering to our emails.
I published a negative review here on Trustpilot, and they immediately started responding back to my emails. The got me in touch with a different person, who fixed the issue with the banners, so I removed the review. Exactly 24 hours later, we stopped seeing any traffic coming from the ad again. We tried to contact them, but it was another nightmare. They were either responding in a meaningless way ("wait for the campaign to gain traction") or not responding at all.
Ever since, we have seen ZERO traffic from the ad, and they don't seem to be interested in providing the service. They took our money, wasted weeks of our time, and delivered nothing. Disgraceful company.
